How to fix Vera app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vera app on iPhone
Update Vera app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vera iPhone app

Fix Vera not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Vera app issues:

Force Stop the Vera App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Vera app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Vera to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vera App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Vera app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Vera.

Fix Vera unable to contact server/ Vera internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Vera » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Vera » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vera on android.
