I’m so disappointed. I downloaded this after reading the reviews and after downloading, there is no signup page for new users. It’s just a regular login page and the “reset password” button doesn’t work because I don’t have an account. So bummed.

this app is great, but Trainual needs serious help. I don’t even use it. The buttons don’t always work, it only works in portrait mode and there isn’t much admin function. You’re better off using the web browser on your iPad than Trainual.

How do I sign up

Multiple employees on my team have iPhones and cannot hit the mark complete button on any of the trainuals we have set up. We started with this app a few months back to set it up to make our onboarding more efficient, but if my staff can’t use their phones to finish the work we will have to seek out a different platform.. I have deleted Trainual and redownloaded to see if that helped the problem and I did not. This is such a great idea, but the execution doesn’t deliver..

Had to edit several trainuals because if you make images clickable, they don’t work on mobile.

Also, I work remotely, and walking while working on this app is a great way to switch things up. However, you can’t edit anything via mobile, so I have to note down changes I want to make and make them when I get home after my walk.

I downloaded Trainual and then it kept asking me login to my account, but there’s no clear way to set up an account.

Can’t register. Am on sign-in page but am new and can’t go back or forward

Trainual takes using this app to a whole new level! Being able to search a policy from my phone means no more guessing or making mistakes. The mascot is pretty cute too :)

So excited this app launched their app! Trainual makes all our training and onboarding even easier than before Now our team can stay up to date with all of our training anywhere we go. 👏🏾

The this app web app was nice, and it worked, but this is sooo much better and SO much easier. All my company how-to’s and need-to-knows available from my phone whenever I need them, and searchable in a second 🙌

Having the option to use an app now has really made our training process more efficient! Super user friendly and easy to navigate
