Can’t log in to anything in this app app. Can’t reset my pwd. Pwd not being sent to my email. Can’t sign up with a new email. It’s impossible to use the printer. This is a $100 printer but it’s not working right even the way it prints (L2 ), it is never a 300 dpi. I hardly used it. Pls fix the bug asap and the printer work as it should be. Inkless? My photo has lots of noise, very light and not clear.

You have to actually upload your photos to Poooliprint for Poooli to print them. Poooliprint is made by developers whose privacy policy is only available on a non-translated Chinese website.

Besides the bugs noted by other folks, this lack of transparency should be worrying.

But if you had to open the box to read the instructions to get here… well, you’ve voided their return policy. It may say satisfaction guaranteed, but not with regards to actually using the printer or this awful app. If you are still just considering it, run far far away! If they can’t stand behind a printer that you’ve used only once, it can’t be a good product.

i want the previous version pooli l3 software
can i get it? cause this update version cant perform
slice function. after the first one page is printed, the next pages are not printed and Poooliprint stops and gets closed.
with the previous version, i can share and post my photos with poooli app and directly print photos. now i cant.
the qauality of print also got worse. I cant read any printed letters and images clearly. finally Poooliprint and printer is unconvenient and useless. plus, paper is expensive but poor.

Please fix Poooliprint. It’s very disappointing to spend money on this great little printer and then not have it work half the time because Poooliprint doesn’t connect to the printer.

many of your videos and examples show someone using an iPad with your printer, however, it doesn’t seem that your app is compatible with iPad at all. mine has menu options and boxes all overlapped and i can’t read most of the options.

LOVE the printer. HATE this Apple version of Poooliprint . Please, please, please create an iPad compatible app.

Worked well for awhile and then stopped connecting? It only prints blank sheets and I tried the things to do fix it

I got iPhone 15 and Poooliprint will not connect anymore. It’s all useless now

Ok. Its a cool idea, but it does NOT WORK WELL. The images that it prints are very static-ish, and its colorless. Only black and white. Please try to update and fix sometime. ❤️❤️❤️

For some reason Poooliprint doesn’t let you print unless you are connected to the internet in some shape or form…this is ridiculous as I was in the mountains with no cell service and could not print photos of my friends. Not sure why it’s this was but should be fixed as the printer literally will not connect unless you have data.

I have to login to use the Printables section of Poooliprint , but it doesn’t let me sign in, or sign up, or anything.

I’d love some new fonts! Bubble letters, fancy scripts, handwriting fonts….the more the better!

Poooliprint doesn’t connect like it should using Poooliprint . The key to getting your printer connected is to goto the iPhone Bluetooth settings and manually connect to the poooli. If the poooli doesn’t show in the device list press the button on top of the printer for 3 seconds. Once connected to the printer open the poooli app and click connect then click on the poooli printer and it should connect and be ready to go. If you have issues because you tried Poooliprint first before connecting it via Bluetooth simply manually close the poooli app by swiping it out of memory from Poooliprint switch gesture.

Poooliprint takes patience... the preview for editing photos isn’t necessarily accurate until you hit the “print” button. With Notes, the cursor goes wherever it wants to, no matter how precise you think you’re being while selecting text to edit.

And, even though my phone is close to the printer, and the printer is on, I still have to reconnect my device multiple times.

If these issues were fixed, I would 100% give it a five-star rating, AND buy a Poooli printer for all of my friends and family.

I love the idea. I really like the printer. But more often than not it either won’t connect to the printer or it will print multiple fragments. It wastes an awful lot of paper. I’ve done a lot of troubleshooting and I noticed it will sometimes work on my iPad but not my phone and then sometimes on my phone and not my ipad. Very buggy. I doubt updates will be made either so it’s unfortunate.

The printer is fine and the templates are cute- but I have been unable to log into my account or create a new one on Poooliprint . No matter what I enter on the login screen it gives me the error “Server Failed.” I’d really like to be able to make and save my own template!

I just got this printer (had to wait for two weeks due to snow/rain) but I was so excited to finally get my hands on it! I am LOVING it! So small, the pictures are black/white/greyscale, and Poooliprint connected for me just fine. I haven’t lost connectivity and it connected pretty fast. I like the templates Poooliprint already have. I know Poooliprint could act differently for others but for me, it works just fine

Everyone says it has trouble connecting, it works perfectly! You have to turn the printer on, then when you go to print, connect it.

I love the printer and Poooliprint the printer is absolutely adorable but it is a little annoying that it only prints in black and white and not color either way the printer is amazing and Poooliprint works perfectly

Just received this little gem and Poooliprint works great. I’m on iOS 17.6.1

I just printed 2 pics from my camera roll off an iPhone 11, was able to crop and print with no issues. It connected via Bluetooth in seconds!! I love this Printer, thank you!!!
