AweSun Remote Desktop Reviews

As stated above, connected to use the screen mirroring feature and although it was a success, I wouldn’t say that it was a “success” because it was lagging so bad that it almost impossible to use. Honestly, my intent was to watch movies and such which I understand not working, but the connection was so bad that just thumbing through my phone caused it to lag quite a few seconds.

I’ve also read through some of the other reviews and saw that there are major security flaws with AweSunRemoteDesktop. Other people have stated they have had money stolen from accounts and other personal data being accessed.

A warning from what I’ve read: Be cautious and protect your data if you’re going to use AweSunRemoteDesktop because these guys don’t.

It works fine with my cell phone and computer on the same network but the second I try to use a different network I get an 8000ffff error and it will not connect. There is no assistance to be found online and despite deleting and reinstalling it still doesn’t work.

I think that it’s a good app for what it was intended to do but for kids who are trying to convince their parents, it isn’t the easiest when you try to ask for it l. I would suggest making a monthly payment option as some can’t always pay the full bill upfront.

This problem could just be me but it won’t let me click anything I need help how to fix this

The only reason why I gave this a four star instead of a five star is because when you control your computer with your phone you can't use sound with Bluetooth headphones which is one of the biggest letdowns for me. Anyway besides that small inconvenience who I think is really annoying. Good app though.

Forgive me for the pun but since I heard about this on Bitwit I haven’t stopped using it. At first I thought it was going to be finicky but when I started to use it it surprised me. I’ve been able to lay in bed or on the couch and do work even with the free version. I love that they don’t push ads onto you like some other apps and even give you the option to earn “sunshine” by using AweSunRemoteDesktop for temporary pro and game versions without spending a dime. Overall this has been the most polished and user friendly software that I’ve come across. 5 out of 5 would recommend. Thanks Devs!!!

Really convenient for grabbing iso files from my home computer to use at the office

A lot of times I find myself up to 800 miles away from my computer. I can’t just bring it along because it’s so big. AweSunRemoteDesktop helps me use my computer through my iPad. I love how it’s free and I would suggest this to anyone looking to work from their computer from long distances. The only downside is that it does not have the ability to connect to WebCams on the controlling device. Other than that this is an amazing piece of software.

At first it was a bumpy road, but after a couple minutes of practice I got to using my pc from my phone.

Went to LA over the weekend end and wanted to see if i can control my pc from multiple states away and it work flawlessly.

Thank you for AweSunRemoteDesktop it’s easy to use and I use it for a school environment it’s simple and if someone forgot to shutdown there computer I don’t have to run upstairs I just click a button on my phone and done

I believe AweSunRemoteDesktop is amazing. One thing I think they should add is a computer turn on feature! That would be so helpful!! But orther than that, AweSunRemoteDesktop is truly amazing

I used to use Teamviewer with my company for years until the application just wasn’t trustworthy anymore. I heard about this on Instagram and this is the best remote desktop and file transfer application ever.

Hi! I found this program from the youtuber “Element X” and i have stuff to say! 1. This is my 1st one that can connect to the PC at the LOCKSCREEN! It even lets me log in when im not at it! 2. The main feature i wanted is to use minecraft, but I cant figure out how to place the buttons! Anyways, Great program!

see i’ve always been on the look for a good screen mirroring or phone controlling pc all i get it skeptical at first we all are and after i download it in my pc and phone and made an account it’s so easy and so reliable best app out there for what it has to offer HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I haven’t been excited about an app in a long while. AweSunRemoteDesktop allows me to craft items on my character remotely . Doesn’t matter if I’m at work, school, etc. All I literally have to do is connect to my desktop via my phone and the magic happens from there 👌.

Why isn’t there any sound when I screen mirror my phone screen to my computer and I get no sound through my computer headphones. Idk if it’s not a thing but please try to make it a thing it would better AweSunRemoteDesktop for me thanks.

I have used AweSun for a while now and I love it it’s great, and yes it’s exactly like splash top except better because it has more options. Also splash top is pretty laggy and doesn’t always work the best but AweSun has always worked for me. If your on the go and you forgot your computer on than you can just get on AweSun and shut it off. Overall I think AweSun is amazing and I think you should get it.

Straightforward, simple, works. I can control my pc in a simple way from my phone or another laptop. More reliable than teamviewer right now. I can’t speak to the security, but for basic use it seems like a win

I am been trying to put the password and account thing into it. It keep giving me error so do you know how to put the password and user in right?

This works really good I just wish I was able to use my Bluetooth controller on my phone to play games on my pc

It's quite simple but the screen morning thing doesn't seem to work properly. Still amazing though.

it works great. operating from my iPhoneSE to my win laptop is incredibly smooth and without any delay.

Why does this actually work and you don’t have to pay

I can't find out how to find the customized keyboard for playing games after connection.... help

The lag could be tweaked a little bit but other than that it’s not bad.

AweSunRemoteDesktop is all some I get to go lots of stuff on AweSunRemoteDesktop you put such a hard work so we do not have to move my mouse what I am not home:D

I’m actually very surprised AweSunRemoteDesktop if free. I just started using it on my Lenovo Thinkpad and it works great so far. Will change/edit review if I find anything I don’t like.
