How do I remove your program from my laptop. I made the mistake of calling someone and they were trying to scam me and put your program on my laptop. At first they seemed legit, but when they wanted me to log into my back while your program was running in the background I told them to drop dead. I do not want a background app such as yours running on my computer. If you cannot help me and send me the directions to remove the program I will contact the athorities. My laptop runs on Windows 11 and I use Microsoft Edge for my browser.

I was SCAMMED on 5/10/21-DO NOT know how I am involved with AWE RAY LIMITED...which I want deleted from my computer...device ID#093-246-404-passcode #9djISH...keeps popping up. I did not request or sign for your service...scammer did this action!!!PLEASE remove me from your subscription...and please advice me that this action has been taken via my E/MAIL account. a party using your company name compromised my. Computer on Friday 4/30/21. The loss in $ was 4k the time to debug the pc was worth another $600. Needless to say I turned the information I had over to the local police including the US POSTAL inspectors who notified the secret service. Based on what I see of you on line you look legit but in this age who knows I am willing to discuss this with you. Hopefully if you want to protect your name we need to hear something as I have warned my contacts to be aware of any email or screen icon with awesun
Lags and is unsafe

As stated above, connected to use the screen mirroring feature and although it was a success, I wouldn’t say that it was a “success” because it was lagging so bad that it almost impossible to use. Honestly, my intent was to watch movies and such which I understand not working, but the connection was so bad that just thumbing through my phone caused it to lag quite a few seconds.
I’ve also read through some of the other reviews and saw that there are major security flaws with this app. Other people have stated they have had money stolen from accounts and other personal data being accessed.
A warning from what I’ve read: Be cautious and protect your data if you’re going to use this app because these guys don’t.
It doesn’t work and there is no support

It works fine with my cell phone and computer on the same network but the second I try to use a different network I get an 8000ffff error and it will not connect. There is no assistance to be found online and despite deleting and reinstalling it still doesn’t work.
The best app for remote. But there's one thing.

The only reason why I gave this a four star instead of a five star is because when you control your computer with your phone you can't use sound with Bluetooth headphones which is one of the biggest letdowns for me. Anyway besides that small inconvenience who I think is really annoying. Good app though.
