From bad to worst!

The previous app was already awful and yes, they manage to make a new one even worst! I own 4 laundries all of them with Securitas Spain using MyVerisure to view the cameras and I can tell you is no good. Please make user the interface simple and MyVerisure stable! It’s crashing one a day.

The worst app I have ! Takes ages to open. And the only thing it has to manage is the house s alarms.

The worst app ever. I have run out of superlatives to decribe how utterly shambolic and dreadful it is. Does not recognaise username, will recoon one device but not on another ("user account does not exist"(. The most confusing vocabulary ever passcode, password, identifier - cannot change account details. And tthey don't answer the telephone - waiting time 6 minutes became 60 minutes. Have lost more than a day of my life trying to sort out this chaos. Totally dysfunctional - I only hope the alarm system itself works better. This is the first review I have ever writf any app which shows just how hopeless this app is
