Ive got my 50,000 idr subscription for the month and all movies I try to play loads,then don't play but say time error and say retry but it doesn't work ?

How to fix MOLA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MOLA app on iPhone
Update MOLA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MOLA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MOLA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MOLA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MOLA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MOLA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MOLA App
1. On android, goto Settings » MOLA » click [Force Stop]

Update MOLA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MOLA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MOLA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MOLA.

Fix MOLA unable to contact server/ MOLA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MOLA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MOLA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MOLA
