Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 and I have download "My Harman/Kardon headphone" app in my mobile. In order to use it with my new Harman Kardon FLY ANC headphone. Then I run the app and the only thing I see in my phone is a black screen. I don't know why (that is happening), if is it something I do wrong or my mobile is too old and I need a new one. The fact is that app is not working. Would you please help me?
