Can’t even get in contact with doctors only thing it’s good for is for reading results. God forbid you need ur doctor to go over it with you because you’ll get a bunch of irrelevant responses from assistants that take days or wks to respond.

Fix your app ! When we arrive to moms appointment it says she’s a no show . And your emails notification are sent in Spanish, I don’t red Spanish
Hello I am a parent both of my sons go to Altamed. It would be great if you could set up a parent tool to schedule appts or view RX or Referral letters for each son/kid. I usually have to call the Altamed call center and spend 30mins to 1 hour of wait time just to get this info or a new appt. It would be great if it was just 1 click away. As a busy parent of 2 toddlers. Or just as a parent in general this would help us GREATLY.
I love Altamed, they have been one of the best medical providers I have dealt with. However, after doing a tele-visit they say their staff will give you a callback with follow up instructions, I never get a callback. That’s the only thing that needs improvement. Other then that they are amazing.

Started using this app recently. So great! I can message my doc and schedule appts, right from my phone. I’m sure there’s more to it but still learning :)
