Lots of glitches and redirects to order premium product. I ordered 7 day free trial but still had glitches and redirects. Since I can’t sample product well enough to see if I like it I won’t order it after trial.
I used to love this. Helped my partner before clinicals. But now you literally can’t do any of them without paying $15!!! You used to be able to do about half of them. Greedy greedy people
Be up front about the specialities requiring subscriptions - throwing up a paywall after a bit is scummy.
I’m tired of seeing “Error, please try again later.” That’s all it does every time I launch InSimu .
It’s fun and all yet it costs way too much. Nobody is going to spend that if there are all these people saying it still won’t even work if you pay for it
InSimu won’t let me sign in, I’ve paid for a subscription and it now gives me an error and will not load. Help?!
Before going all out for a subscription I decided to pay for individual patient cases ($0.99 each) to see if my missed tests were truly necessary. However, I found that this is in-app purchase process is broken and I can’t see all the patient case info. Other than that I like InSimu and find it a fun little diagnostic game to kill time with. Fix the in-app purchases and you’ll get a 4-5 star rating.
Had full access originally and now a few weeks later their policy changed and i have no access at all so im no longer learning. Would totally love InSimu if it wasn’t so expensive
I’ve purchased a few individual cases and I can’t download or open a single one. I like InSimu it’s just you can’t download cases.
Please make the random patients free again, because I am a college student and can’t pay for premium.
Med student here. Excellent simulator, very thorough with lots of options, very authentic. InSimu has a TON of issues that need to be addressed ASAP. It freezes, crashes, won’t load no matter what. Once you fix the tech issues it’ll be a gem!
I downloaded this game because I really enjoy learning about medicine. I’m not a doctor or med student, but if I wasn’t going to school for psychology I would be going to med school. Anyways, I think the game is super fun. It can be a little buggy sometimes, but nothing too bad at all. I love learning about how physicians diagnose patients and how to know which tests to order for what symptoms. I feel like a Dr. House level genius when I’ve guessed the diagnosis based on the first few presenting symptoms, but there are also some really difficult cases that make me think and I’m guessing completely wrong until I do imaging! It makes the game super fun and I have a renewed respect for doctors and nurses.
Great app!!
As a medical student i truly love it and have benefitted from it alot
A great way to check my understanding of what I’m learning in PA school!
Excellent app but if you use visual history taking, visual examination would be the best
How come all of a sudden all of the features are removed and only made available for premium?
