Took me 4 days to schedule an appointment...they lost my referral, insurance info and medical history. They make you get unnecessary procedures and appointment just to charge you more. Made mistakes on my treatment. Took me hours on the phone to fix...they just dont care!! This new app wants you to re enter all the stuff they should already have but are too lazy to transfer over. I’ve requested medical records multiple times and the don’t deliver. Excessive charges for standard treatments. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I logged in to schedule an appointment and found numerous tests and follow-ups of which I was never made aware.
The details of theses events were missing, despite having clicked on the details tab.
I am reviewing this now, because I am struggling to find how to schedule an appointment.

24/7 access? I used app two days ago to e-check in at an appointment and now the app won’t open and says I need to update it, but I go to the App Store and it just says “open” as if I already have the current version. But then when I tap the “open” button, I get a “Cannot Connect to App Store” message. I have repeated this cycle numerous times. I have checked the Apple System page. I have restarted my phone. I don’t know what to do. I was so psyched about this app and that maybe our medical center finally got it right, but now, who knows. I guess I’ll wait til someone calls me with my test results, the old-fashioned way.
