Took me 4 days to schedule an appointment...they lost my referral, insurance info and medical history. They make you get unnecessary procedures and appointment just to charge you more. Made mistakes on my treatment. Took me hours on the phone to fix...they just dont care!! This new app wants you to re enter all the stuff they should already have but are too lazy to transfer over. I’ve requested medical records multiple times and the don’t deliver. Excessive charges for standard treatments. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I logged in to schedule an appointment and found numerous tests and follow-ups of which I was never made aware.
The details of theses events were missing, despite having clicked on the details tab.
I am reviewing this now, because I am struggling to find how to schedule an appointment.

24/7 access? I used app two days ago to e-check in at an appointment and now MyBCH won’t open and says I need to update it, but I go to MyBCH Store and it just says “open” as if I already have the current version. But then when I tap the “open” button, I get a “Cannot Connect to App Store” message. I have repeated this cycle numerous times. I have checked the Apple System page. I have restarted my phone. I don’t know what to do. I was so psyched about MyBCH and that maybe our medical center finally got it right, but now, who knows. I guess I’ll wait til someone calls me with my test results, the old-fashioned way.

MyBCH went modal for me requiring me to announce that I have arrived for my appointment (which is in a couple of hours) and I could not exit the modality in order to complete the “paperwork” and submit the questionnaires before I arrive. MyBCH also wanted me to grant location services all the time, not only when I had MyBCH open. That is an invasion of privacy. My husband who has 46 years of computer experience says it was a poorly designed and written application.

I’m noticing that messages disappear after I’ve viewed them once, even though I’d like to review the information a second time and perhaps ask questions.

Meanwhile, things I do NOT need, e.g., reminders of appointments now past, keep appearing on my front page. Does anyone who actually uses MyBCH consult with the designers of it? It is indeed convenient to have information at my fingertips, but only what I need—and consistently.

MyBCH thinks i’m only ever going in for a mammogram, regardless of what type of appt i select; and only presents imaging locations, never rest of clinics. Provider drop down is empty. Really unclear if i actually requested an appt, or with who, and i’m going to have to call my doc direct.

Messaging broken too - “sorry, there is no one to message at this time”.

i know QA and app testing is hard, but really. You need a Product Owner on your side who cares, and who can drive Epic Systems to really serve your customers.

The site gives me access to a lot of my information and in that way is very helpful.
But the “medications list” feature is very frustrating. (I take a LOT of different medications.)
-the medications are not listed alphabetically so it’s easy to inadvertently omit one.
-there is no obvious way to change dosage information, so I have to “remove” with a note reporting the new dosage (not intending to remove, but to edit).
-and each time I “edit” the list, the system starts the list over again so I have to scroll down the whole list to find where I left off.

Questionnaire requires info already on file with BMC primary provider. Isn’t info completed shared with all BMC docs/offices? Loading pictures of insurance cards into the Questionnaire requires new log-in each time.

Only downside of MyBCH is that all the notifications are borderline harassment. I’m new to the BCH app and had to turn off all the notifications 2 days from downloading. It’s too much

Need to be able to add a date when a procedure, immunization etc has been received at a different facility so the reminder is reset to an appropriate date or removed

I like the BCH app a lot.. the only thing it doesn’t do is show a “badge” number on MyBCH to show that I have messages waiting. Other Apps, e.g., Texts, emails, voicemails, etc, will show the number of unread messages. The BCH app doesn’t show anything. Other than that, it’s pretty good.

MyBCH has made heath care so much more accessible to me. I’ve enjoyed easy access to my provider, and team, easy refills, and quick appointments scheduled. Highly recommend downloading MyBCH if you’re a BCH patient.

The this app app works great and is a wonderful way to keep track of meds, appointments, history, etc. This is in addition to communicating with the staff as needed. Highly recommend.

People often complain but not often give credit where credit is due.
BCH online is one of the VERY BEST websites I have encountered, including being able to email your doctor.

(It would be wonderful if the phone service was as good , but I do understand the differences and difficulties).

This is a great way to get useful information even from my hospital bed!

I have used app and trying to log in every way possible. Have used present password multiple times in past 3 weeks. Today, even though working once as valid, my app won’t take log in and what’s more, won’t recognize my name, last 4 of SS# nor birthdate.
And there’s no help listed.

I like Anchor Point for their quick service, on-time appointments, high quality care and the doctor and staff quick response to questions asked on this platform
Ashley Garcia is my care provider . She is wonderful and also quick to refill prescriptions when needed.

I’m given updates on labs and future screening needs. Very good information that is relevant to my health.
