DolphinMyOrthodontist is ridiculous. For some reason it does not ever remember my login info- making me start over each time I try to use it (which is not very often) and it takes multiple tries to get it to create a new account every time- Then when I do finally get in, the appointments etc are in there. 🤷‍♀️. Why do I have to spend 30 minutes trying to get in any time I want to use this??! I use lots of apps every day and can’t think of another one that even comes close to working so poorly.

DolphinMyOrthodontist is literally the epitome of bad practice and design. We just want an app that retains our login information and has our appointments in one place. It has become a nuisance to have to reset my information and start over every single time. Look at your reviews... everyone is addressing their concern. I don’t know what is being updated every time but clearly it doesn’t tackle the most pressing issues.

When making an account it's giving me requirements to meet, I'm meeting all the requirements and still saying invalid. I've been trying for days and coming up with all different passwords and still no difference. Came to the reviews and found out im not the only one with this issue. Ridiculous !

When creating an account, like any app it gives you requirements to making a password. Password must be 8-32 characters with at least one special character (no spaces). I made sure my passwords fulfilled these requirements and have been trying to make up passwords for an hour now and it still won’t accept it.

When I put a “special character” in my password, it flat-out ignores it and tells you to type another password with a “special character” until you find yourself on the verge of insanity, leading you to write a review of how laughable DolphinMyOrthodontist is.

DolphinMyOrthodontist logs you out, doesn’t let you log in with the right password and when it finally does, it just throws you out of DolphinMyOrthodontist entirely. I have only been able to login once. Needs some serious updates to be in a workable order for anyone to use.

DolphinMyOrthodontist is worthless. Trying to sign up and legitimately does nothing. Search for the orthodontist by name, blank screen. Search by city, blank screen. Search by practice name you guessed it blank.
I would suggest fixing whatever bugs cause DolphinMyOrthodontist to just be a waste of space on a device.

1. Open a appointment.
2. Tap Add to Calendar button.
3. Tap to change the prepopulated calendar to something else.
App crashes.

Can’t even login, even after changing my password multiple times. What’s the use.

Any time I want to pull up my photos or records. The loading status just loads and loads. And nothing ever happens. Tried to use it to show my dentist my charts and was embarrassed as he stood their waiting for records that never pulled up.

Every time I open DolphinMyOrthodontist I have to log in. My pass word and user name is save on my phones notebook, but I still have to retrieve it. There is even face recognition in DolphinMyOrthodontist but that doesn’t work either.

Do the developers of DolphinMyOrthodontist even care? DolphinMyOrthodontist is ridiculous. I have to type my credentials numerous times to get in and then when I do it kicks me out!! Please SORT IT OUT.

DolphinMyOrthodontist is virtually impossible to navigate. It doesn’t remember login information, it won’t allow you to reset information or create a new account.

I had no issues signing up, and I can see my profile, but the documents won’t load

I’ve used a lot of awful apps in the past, and this ranks up there with one of the worst. It’s really unacceptable that this is what is offered.

Application keeps crashing on launch.
