Is It That Hard??

This app is ridiculous. For some reason it does not ever remember my login info- making me start over each time I try to use it (which is not very often) and it takes multiple tries to get it to create a new account every time- Then when I do finally get in, the appointments etc are in there. 🤷♀️. Why do I have to spend 30 minutes trying to get in any time I want to use this??! I use lots of apps every day and can’t think of another one that even comes close to working so poorly.
To the makers of this app, please learn usability

This app is literally the epitome of bad practice and design. We just want an app that retains our login information and has our appointments in one place. It has become a nuisance to have to reset my information and start over every single time. Look at your reviews... everyone is addressing their concern. I don’t know what is being updated every time but clearly it doesn’t tackle the most pressing issues.
Impossible to log in

When making an account it's giving me requirements to meet, I'm meeting all the requirements and still saying invalid. I've been trying for days and coming up with all different passwords and still no difference. Came to the reviews and found out im not the only one with this issue. Ridiculous !
