Horrible. Doctors are supposed to be available after noon on Sunday yet everyone is offline. The ONE doctor that showed available went offline before I could finish the registration. And what is the “Suffix” number on my insurance card? My card does not have that, and the app wouldn’t let me move forward with typing something in.

Dr didn’t even listen to what I was telling her and charted that my symptoms where resolved when they were clearly not, I mean why else am I calling.
WebMD is better than this.

This app is a great concept if it works. I paid $30 to speak with a nurse practitioner and she prescribed medicine for my sons eye. At the pharmacy, they said it was called in then called again and cancelled the prescription. I have no way to contact the online provider, maybe a glitch in the messaging department, unless I pay another $30. It is frustrating!
