I’m a brand new user of HerHelp and so far it’s a really nice app, I do have some suggestions for the app though. The block button doesn’t completely block the person you no longer wish to contact. I was still getting messages after blocking a person I no longer wished to talk to. I had to delete my account and start over, which I shouldn’t have to do. It’s amazing that we can post anonymously, but I can’t see my posts after I submit them. I can only see it when someone comments, I don’t think that is very efficient. Overall I think there needs to be a better navigation system for the mobile app and better resources for reporting and blocking.

Update:
How is anyone finding an actual supportive person on that app? Girls for girls is a myth and this app just proved to me that no one actually cares.

Have a Problem with HerHelp? Report Issue

Why should I report an Issue with HerHelp?

  1. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of HerHelp to your problem using the strength of crowds. We have over 1,000,000 users and companies will listen to us.
  2. We have developed a system that will try to get in touch with a company once an issue is reported and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen.
  3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.
  4. If you are a HerHelp customer and are running into a problem, Justuseapp might not be the fastest and most effective way for you to solve the problem but at least you can warn others off using HerHelp.
