Needs modification

I’m a brand new user of HerHelp and so far it’s a really nice app, I do have some suggestions for the app though. The block button doesn’t completely block the person you no longer wish to contact. I was still getting messages after blocking a person I no longer wished to talk to. I had to delete my account and start over, which I shouldn’t have to do. It’s amazing that we can post anonymously, but I can’t see my posts after I submit them. I can only see it when someone comments, I don’t think that is very efficient. Overall I think there needs to be a better navigation system for the mobile app and better resources for reporting and blocking.
Update:
How is anyone finding an actual supportive person on that app? Girls for girls is a myth and this app just proved to me that no one actually cares.

you’d figure this is about having an app to help with safety that can connect to hotlines and things since that’s what’s promoted. Even if it was actually like that women shouldn’t have to pay $10/month to feel included in womanhood or feel safe or whatever the case may be. Resources should not cost $120 a year. Do better

so this app started as a cute little ideas yk. but now anytime I try to write ANYTHING it gets moved by the admins to the let’s connect group like what?? i had a super serious issue i needed to talk to someone abt but no one answers to the let’s connect and the admins are so rude i have been left on delivered for this problem for MONTHS not even kidding!!
