PCH+ Status

This app keeps crashing every single time I try to play.

On the main island, the claim prize chest keeps crashing, as does the Beach Party game with 2 days left to enter. The initial "open chest " function crashes as do each chest prize claim at the end of each "world." No chest can be opened or claimed

When some ads end it force closes pch app and brings up google play. Losing reward and making you load and play again.

Why will pch not let me play all of the sweeps games? Or vip games either on my android phone. This problem started a week ago with all of the new changes. The new changes are not working nearly as well as the games used to work.

Issue still exists. Every time I play and get tokens the my total is going DOWN not UP. My total token is shown as a NEGATIVE NUMBER MINUS SIGN AT THE FROM OF THE NUMBER. Token are removed not added. Any updates on when this will be fixed?

Noticed that the app has my token count as a Negative number now and each time I play a game, my number of tokens is becoming smaller. What's up with that?

I have the same problem reported by Sandy Harness about 12 minutes ago Have been trying to get help with notifications on this app for a while now with NO luck .Whenever I get a notification saying Thank you for playing again today and I an suppose to get tokens for this but when I click on it it always sends me to app store and says it is an alternate link.Already have app and as a result of this link I GET NOTHING. WHY????? This began happening a little over a week ago. I have cleared cache and data. When that didn't resolve the issue, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. That made no difference. I tried changing app settings to ask everytime I clicked a notification, that worked for some notifications but those notifications promising token rewards still redirected to the app store. Something is broken.

I keep asking for help and get none.I get notifications from pch+app for being a vip like I get 300,000 tokens for todays vip reward and have never got one.The only semblance of help was update app which I did and still nothing.,Why won't anyone help?

I keep getting an error message after playing games. Also, sometimes certain games freeze while in the middle of playing them.

When I got into Las Vegas to play the games do not show up. Continuous looping of screen stating game loading, updating prizes, etc

The new PCH+ games are deducting my winnings instead of adding them to my total amount.

I can't enter pch+, because it's running behind the home page and i can hear it but not see anything, latest update is not good😩

But when I go to click on the first game of any of the world, it gets stuck on the loading screen and will not take me to the game. I have tried clearing my cache and data. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. It will not advance me past the loading screen in any game. Extremely frustrating.

The message below is all I have received for the past 2 months or so, therefore cannot enter contest during this time period. By the way, I have reported this to you numerous times. Today, I received the Time Sensitive entry, logged in at pch.com/actnow and entered activation code, nothing happened. Is all of this just more SPAM? Bad Request - Request Too Long HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.

it is asking me to update but I have the latest version. It removed the the little car at the top to play additional games and i cannot log in. There is no menu at the top anymore to log in and prefrences. I tried uninstall and reinstall and nothing.

I am not seeing the advertisements for free bonus tokens. Thank you

PCH+ app stopped working correctly after I did the update today. (4/27/23) Areas are not closing after you play them which is not letting you complete worlds or open chests. It was working fine until the update. I did everything the PCH tech person I chatted with told me to do and it still isn't working.

Pch# updated .first game completed but treasure chests do not close. Can not go forward. Ever since I started pch + always problems

After updating as required by the game, PCH+ will not let me complete the main game. All stages completed but the treasure box won't open. The stops do not go flat even though they state they are processing entries and tokens, so the chest won't open. Have updated, restarted, uninstalled multiple times - to no avail. Funny how the ads will play fine but the game doesn't...

I played all the mini games in a world but it won't let me open the treasure chest. I just barely upgraded today 😩

PCH+ has the most agressive anti adblocking of ANY app I've ever seen!

PCH+ will not let me complete the main game. All stages completed but the treasure box won't open.

PCH+ locks up and can’t play on MY iPad!
