This app keeps crashing every single time I try to play.

On the main island, the claim prize chest keeps crashing, as does the Beach Party game with 2 days left to enter. The initial "open chest " function crashes as do each chest prize claim at the end of each "world." No chest can be opened or claimed

When some ads end it force closes pch app and brings up google play. Losing reward and making you load and play again.

Why will pch not let me play all of the sweeps games? Or vip games either on my android phone. This problem started a week ago with all of the new changes. The new changes are not working nearly as well as the games used to work.

Issue still exists. Every time I play and get tokens the my total is going DOWN not UP. My total token is shown as a NEGATIVE NUMBER MINUS SIGN AT THE FROM OF THE NUMBER. Token are removed not added. Any updates on when this will be fixed?

I have the same problem reported by Sandy Harness about 12 minutes ago Have been trying to get help with notifications on this app for a while now with NO luck .Whenever I get a notification saying Thank you for playing again today and I an suppose to get tokens for this but when I click on it it always sends me to app store and says it is an alternate link.Already have app and as a result of this link I GET NOTHING. WHY????? This began happening a little over a week ago. I have cleared cache and data. When that didn't resolve the issue, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. That made no difference. I tried changing app settings to ask everytime I clicked a notification, that worked for some notifications but those notifications promising token rewards still redirected to the app store. Something is broken.

Today, I received the Time Sensitive entry, logged in at pch.com/actnow and entered activation code, nothing happened. Is all of this just more SPAM? Bad Request - Request Too Long HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.

it is asking me to update but I have the latest version. It removed the the little car at the top to play additional games and i cannot log in. There is no menu at the top anymore to log in and prefrences. I tried uninstall and reinstall and nothing.

PCH+ app stopped working correctly after I did the update today. (4/27/23) Areas are not closing after you play them which is not letting you complete worlds or open chests. It was working fine until the update. I did everything the PCH tech person I chatted with told me to do and it still isn't working.

After updating as required by the game, PCH+ will not let me complete the main game. All stages completed but the treasure box won't open. The stops do not go flat even though they state they are processing entries and tokens, so the chest won't open. Have updated, restarted, uninstalled multiple times - to no avail. Funny how the ads will play fine but the game doesn't...

when playing games, tokens do not add up. for the last week or two, every time I try to spend tokens, my password will not take, have had it done at one point 6 times in a row. getting to where it's not worth the effort. by time points are added up, some items gone. been having the so called "tech-problems" for WAY to many weeks now.

Every time I try to complete a series of games, such as scratch offs to get to Danielle's token surprise, games get halfway through and get "stuck." I see to play these and other games with ease and pretty quickly. Today and other days, I have spent 2 hours just trying to bump the site and finish a package of only five. Please help. I uninstalled & reinstalled my PCH+ APP then I signed back in again, my email was also updated earlier I'm playing on the same Android N100 phone and it's making me start out as if I never played before. This is the second time this has happened. Originally I was at top of the leaderboard then worked my way up and now it want me to start again as if I am a new player. Help

Pch app check wiffiand it freezes can't play

I can no longer play Winnerville on PCH+. The game shows the screen but doesn’t recognize an input . I have turned off pop up blockers, shut iPad all the way off , changed default browser , and changed to Edge . Still can’t get game to recognize input . Just keeps saying to double click privacy off. Tried to sign out of game Now have to double click or 5 or 6 clicks to register a letter. Entered my password. And couldn’t get game to let me sign in . It worked one day and not the next . Most of the time when playing PCH games the screen freezes privacy box is high lighted and can’t make anything move the game seems to work but doesn’t recognize the input ? Keep getting notices that I’m loosing coins and tickets

The PCH+ app freezes with a green block around the privacy policy so wherever I push on screen the privacy policy comes up. I received a notification for 100 entries in the Grand Prize drawing, but the screen was frozen in this way & I could not complete the board. Very disappointed for losing that opportunity. Please fix this issue so it doesn't happen again & you should send that opportunity again.

The PCH+ App Freezes with green block around the Privacy Policy. I try every suggestion online & end up uninstall & reinstall to fix issue. Also, I got a notification for a special onetime of 100 entries into the $7000 a week for life, when I clicked on it & it went to app started & then froze again. I was very upset as I lost those entries because it was frozen with the green block around privacy policy again. Every time I clicked anywhere on the screen the privacy police came up instead of Opening the Envelopes. VERY DISAPPOINTED I play every day in hopes of winning, if the app freezes & takes away my entries because I have to Reinstall. This needs to be fixed please it's frustrating.

App on phone not working. Only the opening screen comes up and rotating circle of lights as if loading but never moves on from there. Problem has persisted 2-3 days.

My pch+app was glitching so I went ahead and uninstalled it and tried to reinstall but when trying to reinstall the app it doesn’t work, it keeps saying loading.

Downloaded PCH+ on my iPhone and now it is locked. Haven't been able to play for weeks. I have done everything that was mentioned to do to unlock the screen but no luck. I give up. I now wasted over a year of playing these games because of this problem.

The balloon popping game only gives you 100(the lowest) no matter what you hit,NOT FAIR. Also the email giving you an extra 100,000 for being a vip has not worked one time since changing email style. This has gone on for weeks. PLEASE SOMEONE DO THEIR JOB AND FIX THIS !!!!

The game where you aim the dart at the balloons gives you only 100 points (like the pink) no matter what balloon you hit. Also the first game on the nightlife does the same thing no matter what pad you land on.

Hello! I hope you are having a good night. I am having trouble with the app since 6:30 Arizona time. It would freeze and I received a detour page. I took photos. I contacted customer service rep because this is an important day to me and I was told to delete the app and update. I already updated. The person disappeared so I logged onto my iPad to try to resume playing. I deleted the pch app off my phone like I was a divided to do and for 2 hours it will not load back onto my phone. My phone isn’t having issues with any other app. I’ve put my heart into this day and it’s not working for me to complete things.

Four times in the past 2 weeks I got lucky and landed on the golden table with the "frisbee" which should have given me 25k tokens. The game gave me 1,000 instead. Also, the timer on the night games is giving me fits. I've discovered that if I restart my phone (even if I've already restarted it previously that day), it will let me in to play the games. Otherwise it locks me out with a message that I can play again in 24 hours even when it's only a few minutes after 5PM (when the night games open up). Admittedly, this could be a problem with my phone since restarting it allows me to open the night games app, but I sat with it watching the countdown to time to play once and it flipped from zeros to the message that I could play in 24 hours.
