How to fix Keeper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Keeper app on iPhone
Update Keeper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Keeper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Keeper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Keeper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Keeper Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Keeper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Keeper App
1. On android, goto Settings » Keeper » click [Force Stop]

Update Keeper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Keeper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Keeper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Keeper.

Fix Keeper unable to contact server/ Keeper internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Keeper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Keeper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Keeper
