After I enter my notes and save, when I go back to them, all I see is 'null'

my stride doesn't work I keep trying to create a new account and it keeps saying bummer there is a problem on our end we are trying to fix and this doesn't happen with my mom and my brother just me

I get an error when trying to add mileage manually

Stride not syncing. Getting error message saying it cannot sync to Stride HQ, but is saved on my phone. But the mileage and time doesn't show up on my phone, either. Quit syncing on January 1st, 2023.

I usually track my mileage everyday with the manual mileage tracker. Ever since Dec 31st it won't let me select a job anymore in able to finish filling out the page to save my data for the mileage on that day.

Once or twice a week, I will notice that the mileage tracker acts like it has been closed at some point even though I never do… I will see a red bar on the bottom saying that a mileage tracking session is running and when I click on it the mileage will vary from a small amount to a large amount of my trip basically being truncated. I always zero out my trip B tripometer reading, so I can compare at the end of my delivery day. I’m assuming it’s a GPS issue, because the map detail (instead of zigzagging) will all the sudden go from one point up to wherever GPS kicked in again and it’s just a diagonal line as opposed to all the detail, which means a lot of lost miles! Any help/hints/suggestions?

Stride tracker will not load. I have tried all the tricks and tips on line. Still won’t load. Little circle keeps going round and round for hours.

My problem is the same as others have said recently; the app is not tracking. It started 3 days ago, and all that occurs now is the wheel of death keeps turning.

My stride app wont calculate mileage. All it does is spin. I made sure all location permissions are on, made sure that optimization of battery was turned off and i deleted app and reinstalled several times. Nothing is fixing it.

Stride app just spinnig its wheels when attempted to track this morning ( Oct 9 ) . Have turned od battery optimization, deinstalled/reinstalled. Same result

I have the same problem Eddie does. It's in constant refresh mode and won't track miles. I've followed all the recommended procedures too.

Since the update 3 days ago, Stride App will not track miles. Spinner icon remains on screen, map never loads, mileage stays at 0.

Mileage tracker is not loading. The Stride app even notices when I am driving and notification offers to track miles..I accept and tracking does not start.. 10.06.2022 was last day mileage tracking worked.. I have reinstalled the app. I have unselected battery optimization. The loading symbol circle-of-death spins and spins.. and never starts tracking miles. I am grateful that I can resort to google maps history to estimate how much I drove, then manually add miles expense into Stride. This is time consuming..

My mileage tracker is not working all of a sudden. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I have unselected battery optimization, I have tried everything and I cannot get the mileage tracker to work. It just acts like it's loading up and never does start tracking miles

Good morning -- I'm trying to register on the Stride app and it says my zip code is invalid. Can you help with this? Thank you, Mary

I am trying to sign up, I downloaded the app and I get to the part for my name and zip code then when it asks me my insurance status it won’t let me click on anything. The page just freezes. I’ve deleted and downloaded so many times and it’s still not working.

Tax report is not being exported to my email address.
