Hey, It wont allow me to sign in with my snapchat because everytime I try to it will redirect me to the sign in the screen again. I can't fix the problem.

How to fix TIYA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TIYA app on iPhone
Update TIYA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TIYA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TIYA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TIYA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TIYA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TIYA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TIYA App
1. On android, goto Settings » TIYA » click [Force Stop]

Update TIYA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TIYA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TIYA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TIYA.

Fix TIYA unable to contact server/ TIYA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TIYA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TIYA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TIYA
