I called a van for our office address and FetiiRide displayed a wrong address. Noticing the error, I called the driver and told him to use rather google maps as FetiiRide was misleading. He didn’t care and went to the wrong location. After several attempts to call him he decided to reject the phone calls and cancel the ride, leaving 14 top executives of our company left without a ride. Definitely a very bad experience

We called one last night for 15 people, when he showed up my friends got in the back and found someone had puked all over the seats. The driver was really nice about it and offered to call another van. I love the idea of group Ubers but for $6 per person it was all around better for us to just call 3 XL Ubers for $25 total vs the $90 we would’ve paid for Fetii. If they can make it cheaper I’d give it another try

Available drivers were super low and after waiting for 10 min our arrival time got pushed back to 25 min. Canceled for Ubers and still got charged.

I want to use their product but I am unable to get in contact with their customer service, there is no phone number and the email provided does not work

So there’s no way to find out a “service area”

I tried the capitol of Denver, Colorado. From DIA to Denver Zoo. Nothing came up.

i scheduled a fetii 2 days in advance and about an hour before we were supposed to leave, the fetii ride disappeared from FetiiRide . tried to contact customer service and heard nothing back.

i love fetii and it makes transpirting large groups of people easy and fun but ever since they took away the “ride later” feature FetiiRide has become less reliable. I used to plan my evenings around fetii and would preschedule rides so that everything would go smoothly and now you can’t book a fetii until you want to leave. You are not guaranteed a ride because of this and it makes making plans very difficult. I have been using FetiiRide way less since this change because FetiiRide is unreliable. I booked a ride the other night to transport all of my friends and three different buses cancelled on us three times before we gave up. Overall, reliability needs to be increased and the ride later option needs to be brought back.

Your service gave us a driver who was in no way safe. You need to know you are less than 1 crash away from being sued into non-existence. I have never been so frightened in all my life. The other 6 passengers with me felt this way as well. It's not my place to give you the "official" review as I didn't hire you but I am strongly urging you to evaluate every driver you have now - for the sake of your passengers and your company.

Horrible Management in Dallas TX practicing SLAVE LABOR REFUSING TO PAY DRIVERS FOR HOURS WORKED PLEASE DO NOT RIDE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT PAYING THEIR EMPLOYEES

Hello I’m writing because I worked for Fetii driving on April 21-22 I left early on Saturday 22. This company is refusing to pay me for my hours worked and is claiming I stole their vehicle and picked up rides. The Manager advised me that since I left and didn’t finish out the night I don’t deserve to be paid and they have kicked me off the app I’m unable to get my tips that were paid to me and I was not reimbursed for my gas I supplied to the vehicle. I have my screenshots for my hours and I have all the numbers to the riders I picked up. I also had to clean up vomit for two passengers that weekend and did not get reimbursed for. I will like to make everyone aware of what has happened to me and that I will make sure I post this unlawful act on every Fetii platform and contact all the riders I transported as well. I just want what is owed to me for working SLAVE LABOR IS AGAINST THE LAW AND I WILL BE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY FOR MY RIGHTS.

We had a horrible experience with Fetii for my friend's bachelorette party in Austin. We were a group of 20 girls, so we knew that transportation was going to be big deal, which is why I scheduled Fetii shuttles to/from the airport and to/from a boat cruise on Lake Travis months in advance. We were told that the 17 girls at the airport would all be able to fit in one shuttle. Even if everyone had brought a tiny carry-on that fit in their lap or had brought no luggage at all, there is still NO way that 17 girls would all fit in one van, as there are only 11 available seats. We ended up having to find an Uber XL last minute for both ways. Then for the boat cruise, we had a strict departure time of 3:30 PM and our VRBO was 35 minutes away from the marina. Again, we had scheduled these shuttles months in advance. Minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, we got a message from our shuttle drivers saying they were running late - one of them wasn't going to get to our VRBO until 3:30, which was the time we were supposed to be leaving! Then for the ride home, one of the drivers was not going to be there until 30 minutes after our boat cruise had ended - it was 7:30 PM at night and there was nowhere for us to sit and wait except for an empty parking lot. We had to cancel those rides, were still charged a $5.50 cancellation fee, and then had to scramble to find multiple last minute Uber XLs. It was a nightmare. 0/10 would NOT recommend to anyone ever.

Fetti showed up 2 hours late and charged us $800 over the original price. Never again.
