MyRideBroward will track your bus...it will say it’s 3 real-time, then 9 real-time, then 1 real-time, then 42 real-time....guess what?! During ALL those arbitrary updates, you won’t see your bus. I promise. I mean, I get that it’s FL and the buses run every hour, but that makes it a hell of lot more aggravating when your bus doesn’t show up. Wonderful example...one route has just shown up a second time since I started waiting! Seriously, this area is SO overpopulated, getting a functioning transit system is critical....we’re hitting critical mass people. Maybe Gov Scott’s just banking on the fact that we’ll sink eventually 😒

MyRideBroward is horrible. It’s “real time” arrival accuracy is way off. I watched it count down to 1 minute then the next time I looked it jumped up to “15 minutes scheduled”. Plus it freezes a lot and I have to close it and reopen it. Very frustrating to use. I don’t have the same issues with the Palm Tran app. I am deleting this one and will try it again next month. Maybe they will fix the bugs or hire the Palm Tran programmers by then.

never accurate times, the buses are always late, there should be a gps on the bus you’re on route for instead of guessing what time they’ll arrive at...you know how uber or lyft has it? its ALWAYS down so i end up still having to use google maps which defeats the whole purpose of having downloaded MyRideBroward in the first place. public transit is bad enough as it is there’s no reason an app made to help improve is just as unreliable. please take what was said and update this excuse of a transportation app.

Sometimes MyRideBroward is working perfectly fine then the next day MyRideBroward doesn’t load the data....Like the bus times, bus stops, even the icon for the buses aren’t showing up at all. I’ve restarted my phone..deleted MyRideBroward , installed it again and it’s still not showing up so I know it’s not my phone that’s not working... fix that pls

You can find nearby bus stops. Otherwise useless. Real time updates rarely give any info at all. I can’t figure out how to get directions from my current location without entering the address in the exact format that MyRideBroward requires. Controls/butt difficult to use. No place to leave feedback about service or bus problems. The link to info/about/help opens Safari to a 404 not found page. My tax dollars wasted.

MyRideBroward doesn’t change the fact that BCT is inconsistent and as always doesn’t care if they’re doing poorly, just like MyRideBroward. It'll say it’s one minute away then change to 20 minutes, while the bus across the street will pass by twice and still no sign of your bus anywhere. It’s a joke but honestly so impressive how they manage to decline. My advice is leave twice as early to catch your bus because MyRideBroward just ain’t it.

During the very few times that it actually works, it’s helpful. But most times I open MyRideBroward and it says the service is unavailable. Or I’ll look for my bus time and it’ll have all the other real times except for the bus that I actually need. It would be great if MyRideBroward were to ever actually load!!

It was good for telling me the approximate real time arrival of my bus. Couldn’t figure out how to tell when I was expected to arrive at my destination, once I was on the bus, and not for lack of trying. I have a graduate level education and a relatively high IQ. MyRideBroward should be completely overhauled.

Why do the hours of the buss just pop up when ever they want or never at all it makes no sense .....why deos it say the bus is coming at 12:30 and when 12:30 comes it switches to the next time and the bus never passes ..worst transportation app you guys need to make a new one

Your app needs more updating .It is taking too long to view the schedule and the ETA status.
Please fix it right away.

App used to work well until the latest update. Now data (I.e.: bus stops, estimated arrival times, etc.) NEVER loads!

Would have been nice if MyRideBroward developers tested it before pushing it out there! Hope Broward County Transit can get a refund for what they paid to the developer!!

The time it says the bus is coming is very accurate

You always wonder why certain apps get such poor ratings. Maybe there’s some political aspect? No, a legitimately poor app. Do they actually test these apps before they release? It is almost thoroughly unusable, and I’m still searching for Help or instructions on how to use this thing.

The bus tracking system is off ! My bus was supposed to arrive half an hour ago according to MyRideBroward and is just now reaching the stop. This isn’t the first or the second time I’ve been late to work due to MyRideBroward giving false information!

MyRideBroward makes no actual sense. It’s hard to use, hard to understand, and overall just very confusing. Just work with google and make those times more accurate and forget about this whole app.

This is glitchy and you can’t enter the info you need on the screen. Good concept, especially for planning routes to work and school days ahead of time. Very disappointing.

MyRideBroward is so hard to use i’m better off just figuring it out my self through someone. there are no instructions or explanations to help you use MyRideBroward the correct way.

Works some times not all the time needs update

From what I can tell this just parrots the already published “in a perfect world” schedule. There’s nothing “real time” about it. In the rare events when you can get an actual buss icon to appear on the map it just sits there, unmoving, like it’s parked. Useless!

It’s about time that someone came up with an app like this !!!!

For someone who rides the bus often, MyRideBroward seems to never be up to date and I’ve missed countless buses due to MyRideBroward not correctly showing me the location of the bus I need.
