Had the opportunity to help a friend send money to family in Honduras recently. The transaction went very smoothly - process was quick and easy. The name I registered with was slightly (Randy/Randall) different than the name on my credit card. As such, I was asked to call the company.
A representative answered the phone on the 1st ring (at 11:00 pm pacific) spoke English and quickly/ professionally confirmed necessary information.

I couldn’t even register I try for two days register and it keep saying error occurred try again later and I try again and keep saying the same thing over and over I try on Intermex and on the website I contact someone on the chat the first time she say try on the website with wifi I I did same thing I contacted again oh try on Intermex with data same thing I contact again oh we have an updated on our system try again later never work so costumer service fail I try next day same thing contact someone she tell me the same thing and didn’t work still doesn’t work and the bad thing is costumer service doesn’t even know how to fixed very disappointed

When you send money if for any reason the money can’t be sent they withhold your money you the time they want and leave you with no money to be sent in times of urgency...

They are very unreliable, customer service is awful. And they take forever for a refund!!
My advice is take away from them!!! And don’t bother using them.

Tengo como cuatro días tratando de hacer un envío y ni siquiera me deja log in nada más está como que no hay señal si quieren hacer envío para una emergencia que tu familia tenga esto no sirve arréglenlo por favor

El servicio es excelente. Y las tarifas son super buenas. Lo malo es la aplicasion. Se frisa. Es como si solo la puedes usar 2 veces y despues no funsiona. Me toca borrar la aplicasion y depues vajarla para poder aser un jiro o entrar ala cuenta

I think Intermex is so cool. It’s easy to use and the wire process is pretty fast. I admit though I did have an issue when I first use this and I‘ve contacted customer service but not only that they helped me out with the issue but they even provided me with a code for a discount as an apology. This shows that they really do care about us customers. I highly recommend using Intermex.
