I registered on your app to order soup. Upon signing up I got a confirmation email to my address. I attempted to sign in to ZoupEatery and it repeatedly says the combination does not match. Try again. Well you now lost money as I was going to stop by for some soup. Poorly done on your part. Don’t want my money, fine.

Hard to create an account, then immediately tells you your account doesn’t exist, wants to use a third-party to get your marketing data but still has a crappy app. This makes me so angry I won’t even eat there anymore.

It's extremely difficult to order food with ZoupEatery.

One of your older owner with goat beard is very nasty, unhappy, unpleasant, simply he should not deal with customers. Once twice three times I ignored but realized he is just nasty

Won’t let me check out as it wants me to get an item to make me eligible in order to claim my reward of a free fountain beverage. I can’t access my rewards to view and make any adjustments.

Tried to make an order using ZoupEatery. Only to find out I can’t order a bottled beverage. Reason being that you can’t select a flavor!!! Lost my order due to this simple flaw.

Maybe I’ll order when someone takes the time to fix this problem.

Apps UI isn’t great, often crashes (not as often anymore)and there’s no way to order just mac and cheese.

I really like the bacon mac so I was going to order some on ZoupEatery . I don’t want a sandwich or anything else with it so I will stay away from the pick 2. But there isn’t a way to get just max and cheese. Please fix😘

Unable to select a type of bread with soup orders. Only option available is “no bread“. Otherwise, nicely laid out and easy to place an order.

ZoupEatery shows that I have 3 alerts or messages, but I can’t access them or even find them. I honestly don’t use ZoupEatery much and will probably delete it. ZoupEatery could be easier to use.

ZoupEatery crashes if you try to scan a credit card, won’t let you choose a later time, constantly times off. Zoup! has lost money from me as I’m sure they have from others because I simply can’t place the order I want.

There a lot of thick soups would like to see more thin soups with a lot of veggies and healthy meats would be great!

Sad the kids at the store would not accept my email stating I had a free half birthday soup to redeem. ( not expired) we could not get app to give them a bar code. I still ordered soup I asked for help and they were to busy to help and said I would have to figure it out myself. 70 years old and hate the new tech but figured it out myself and still enjoyed my soup but sad everyone is so busy today they no longer trust people and I even showed them I was a previous customer by my old texts.
