Useless

I cannot get the message function in MyCareCentral to work. MyCareCentral just closes every time I try to write a message. Just when you need an app to work as your father dies…awful.
Not sure what the point is

As far as I can tell, there is no way to read any of the notes the care team write. You can send them a message, but I haven’t had much success with a response. I was hoping I could have a good idea of what was happening, but it is basically a waste of time. I just don’t get it.
Needs a lot of work

Confusing user interface. No clear idea of what does what or what to tap to do what you want. Messages don’t get to your intended recipient, and nothing the care team records makes it to MyCareCentral . Tapping “My Caregivers” crashes MyCareCentral .
Terrible App

Kicks me out when I try and look at anything. Can’t leave a message for the care team. This is a terrible App, especially for older people that need it!
Video Chat feature is very useful during COVID pandemic

We were just told by the company nurse that they can video call us through MyCareCentral . During current pandemic of COVID, it is very useful to be able to see nurse and care staff.

MyCareCentral is great for the older generation and their families to feel like they have more control over their care. You can see your visits and message and video chat with your nurse.
