Why am I being told that my android phone, Hauwei 4G, is not compatible with the latest version of the Triumph My ride app?

Also no navigation while my phone is connected in My Triumph Brandnew tiger 1200 GT explorer Pffff Disappointed customer

Hi, I have a new Tiger 900 GT PRO and cannot get the navigation system to load I see there are a lot of people having the same issue I have been to 3 Triumph dealers here in Brisbane Australia but they cannot help. Is there an update or a fix being worked on? Kind Regards Michael Stack

Phone pairs by itself via Bluetooth. Will not allow navigation and then says phone not paired even though it is.

Bought new 2022 Triumph Rocket 3 GT. Installed connectivity module through Triumph dealer. Main reason was to use the navigation function. Used Samsung Note 10+ to pair. Receive visual prompts on TFT, but no accompanying audio. Audio fine for telephone and music. Samsung Note 10+ not listed by Triumph as preferred phone - my bad. Changed phone to Samsung A73 at significant cost. Was encouraged to change phone because it is listed as preferred phone by Triumph. Same problem as with Note 10+ :-( Highly disappointed. Very unfortunate that Triumph should allow this issue to detract from an otherwise well engineered and quality product. I understand that I have no recourse - equally disappointed by this.

My Samsung A32 5G Phone pairs just as instructions say. Will not allow navigation and then says phone not paired even though it is on my Tiger 900 GT PRO 2023 MODEL. Why charge us extra for these functions if they don't work? Why wasnt this sorted out prior to putting this fuction on any motorcycle and offord as a selling point of the bike? Disappointed with the Triumph brand of motorcycles.. I Feel as though I've been ripped off after paying a small fortune for the bike with all the extras!

The Iphon 11 is connected with my 1200 rally pro moto and I will like to use voice control (Siri control) thru the cardo edge headset, what can I do?

Phone connects, but navigation doesn’t recognise connection. Unpaired and started again, but no change.

Phone pairs just as instructions say. Will not allow navigation and then says phone not paired even though it is. Everything works except navigation. Very disappointed and want a refund from triumph for the connectivity device.

Have problems with the pairing of the navigation in my triumph app, it’s a new bike GT pro, the app refuse to sync between the app and bike navigation system although I did it several times Bluetooth pairing, restarted the bike, removed the app, tried to sync several times between the app and bike. I’m exhausted of it

Like many others, navigation doesn't work. Set the destination, directions appear in the dash but then it freezes and never updates. Very poor for a company thsts meant to be a leading brand

Phone and bike with connect but the navigation part will not enable. Music, phone, and GoPro work.

I have identical observation re. connection for navigation as reported by others here and choose to quote a previous reported issue. Bike is brand new model year 2022 Triumph Tiger GT Pro. Phone is Samsung Galaxy S22, Android. All other functions in the My Triumph app apart from navigation works (phone, music, garage, current ride...). Navigation starts intermittent and suddenly. You never know. Even though all other functionality with the app is present and working, "My Triumph" navigation claims that pairing is missing. "... Making my Triumph conection working for navigation has been a pain in the ass so far. Every morning I go to park lot and try making the navigation system point me out the directions but allways receive a message that There is no link to bike and ask me to turn on the key or pair with a new moto. It´s funny that all other functions works fine. I can control my mobile, I can listen music and control volume. But navigation almost never. Sometimes from out of the blue system comes up and start navigating, but is very seldom.... ...".

Colour choice in some dialouges are not good for the colourblind. Red letters on grey background has low contrast and is almost invisible and highly unintelligible. Should be adressed for immediate fix for improvement of ergonomics.

My garage has stopped updating

I set a postcode to travel to. Phone connects with bike and an arrow is displayed of which way to go. I set off and the arrow on the dash freezes. I have had to stop the bike, switch off and start again. I gave up after the third attempt.

It doesn't keep the connection with the headset. You can't import .gpx files

I´ve been talking to people on two dealers and they try to help but no one has effectively showed me what to do to make the system works as it should be, making it works easy and quick....

Using iPhone 12 mini - auto reroute feature does not work.
