- The history function does not work well, and it only keeps a few items of the search history.

- The search history records unnecessary words that are only partial of the intended words generated while putting in the input box.

- The app is now subscription-based, which means users have to pay twice for the app and its premium features.

- The font size of the definition cannot be changed, which is a major backward compared to previous versions.

- The app is no longer available for download on the app store, and users have to pay again for the latest version, which is considered a theft.

To resolve Ox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Clear Ox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ox.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
