My Town - City Life Story game Reviews

This game is really fun and you can use the house, school, cafe, Icee place, doctors office, beauty salon, and clothing store. You can also go to the dog park, playground, basketball court (it can change into a soccer field and other stuff), skate park and a fair (it can also turn into an ice skating rink). At the house there are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with an on suite, a bathroom, a kitchen, living room, and a pool, sandbox and slide in the backyard. There is also a new addition in the backyard and it’s a treehouse! In the treehouse you can decorate and change the colors of the walls and stuff and it’s really fun. You also get most of the characters and you can change their clothes. You also get most of the clothes and some of the clothes and people you don’t get you can watch ads for and you get them for 24 hours. All the stuff I talked about is in the game and there is more stuff if you want to pay. It is $35 for a whole year of everything and $5 for a month. This is a really great game and it would be perfect if you didn’t have to pay!!!

Everything is locked it’s so unfair I hate I don’t like this game anymore it’s so boring and I am so close to tell me a fence that this game is the worst game ever like it’s so boring everything is just locked the good hair is locked like the good places the fun places are locked like the police office the preschool the doctors office everything is locked are used to be only the fun things were ..unlocked and this but I get it now some of the things I unlocked that used to be logs and that makes me very happy but it’s still it’s more things are locked now thenEver and it’s so boring I was about to read read I was about to read!!!!!!That’s really how bored I was because I’m getting so close to telling all my friends and I have a lot of friends and telling all my friends that this game is the worst game ever it’s this game is so boring because everything is locked and that makes is someone fun and so not fair and it just makes it so boring and I hate it…I HATE THIS GAME!!!!!!And honestly if you don’t make these changes I am suggesting no one will want to play this game no one not even me and I love my town games and I just love my town games and even our stop playing them and that would make me so sad so please change the game so it’s more fun!!!!!!!

When I got this game I was super Duper Duper excited. Why do you have to pay like if I make a character I want these like the slip on‘s but you have to go on the club to get it I want to decorate the tree house there’s this really cute like pig bed that I wanted but you also have to do the club!? Why why why why why?? I am wondering since I literally just got this game today and I’m wondering if you still have all the houses. And you can’t get a lot of characters to so yeah I am so done like the other my town games don’t have to buy like if you get it the game you don’t have to buy money to get the whole game so that’s why I’m really confused so that’s why I gave you four stars so yeah. And it crashes and glitches and the other games don’t crash and glitch while the other my town games I have so I’m done talking

From me: hi I am a my town fan but the creators of my town made this game TERRIBLE 😞 who would want to play this like for one thing when I got the preschool room for a day On the daily scratch and the next day aka today it was GONE it was locked I was very upset because it made the game very stressful and we paid for vip and the next day we were not VIP this game is just for money so stupid very disappointing

From the parents: Hello my town creators we would like to find out why when we purchased premium for our kids the next day they found out that there game was unavailable because of premium when the played yesterday they said that they don’t have any places to go instead of the house we where very concerned about our children’s app and our money and it still is charging us even though they don’t have the game on there tablet thank you for listening to our complaints

So I got this game last week and it was fun but it just got boring and everything that is cool is only for the members and not everyone can get that stuff and I just hate it and most of the clothes and shoes and stuff are just bad their are barely any clothes because it’s only really for the members I hate that and I get the same old boring thing and their aren’t any charters at all because that is also for The MEMBERS and I hate that too because not every child’s parents want to pay 50 dollars for a membership and I really with that all games really read this and not just post fake things to make people think they are going to do it I want more free things this game is the worst and I just hate it and it also really glitchy for once just read the reviewes because Rosen of them will make your game better now until you fix this I won’t be playing this game at all I really with this was like the other my town games because those are way better than this BYE! 😡😡😡😡

I like this game it’s almost like my town although it’s it is my town but it’s a little bit different when I got this I was exited but I wanted the my city but I had to pick 1 so I picked this I don’t know if I can unlock everything if I buy 1 thing I can’t buy anything in till next year because it’s almost the holidays so I’ll be getting more things it’s ok but u wish I can have all of the things when I got MyTown but I think I thought I have to buy somethings but I was not expecting to have a lot of things to buy! It was sad I can not buy all of the things on the day I bought this. I told my mom I wanted my city to buy I wanted this game more but........ I’m not really playing this that much anymore! I like the game but it has some problems like when I can’t use the cars and the 24 Hour Unlock I try to do it but it wouldn’t let me and when i Bring something from the school to the house and they don’t have it like in their hands or whatever. And there clothes change back to normal and you need more houses and stuff and why does the club stuff have to be so expensive add more houses please😡😡😡😡 when I just updated every time like I go to a different like I go to something like for example the school like it just glitches around it doesn’t have the same characters please fix it I don’t know if it’s a glitch or I need a new iPad but I’m pretty sure it’s a glitch like why can’t you go on the bus please make us like you can go on the buses and cars but like make it like five people without a bus and a cartoon

So....It has many glitches😬 Honestly,I think it’s my iPad,but when I changed the babies (all of the babies) if I go out of the house,it changes to the same outfit. So I tried to put back on the onesie, it wouldn’t go on. But with the normal it would work,but do the same thing. Change into the same outfit🙄 Next,whenever I leave the house,the characters in the house,the old shoes are still on the character! I take off the shoes,and put them in bed. The next day they have the shoes on! And it’s so annoying! I honestly think that is a glitch that y’all need to fix! And whenever I do my daily scratch,I get a place,for example. I get the daycare, but the next day,it’s locked again!😡 Fix that to,the game is fun,but with the glitches, it’s horrible! But yeah,please respond back. I need an explanation!🙄😠

Ok so I was really excited abt MyTown but then I realized there was a subscription like WHAT THE HECK! That’s the most stupid thing ever I don’t want to pay 50 bucks every year for a dumb game I was expecting MyTown to be like the rest of them where you play and there’s not certain items or places you can’t get I love your other games and I like the design of this one but all the “Club” items I can’t get are annoying!! Why can’t we just pay a purchase of 10 dollars to get everything rather then paying an absurd amount of money each month-year for an app that isn’t worth it. To be Honest I was expecting a lot more the rest of there games are so fun. Oh there were also many glitches/bugs every time I used something in the kitchen it would break and The people I have would occasionally be bald and they would sometimes disappear and they don’t come back until I play it on a different day. But I’m not going to be playing it ever again so that won’t be a problem

Hi so I just got MyTown and been playing this for a while but I have some bugs that I noticed, when I was in play together mode sometimes when you put an object in the avatars hand then it glitches and sometimes it can't be taken out and while I was at the ice place there was a big slushie that I didn't see when I was playing single player and when my brother was pouring cereal it didn't come up on his screen but mine and also when I was feeding my avatar it just glitched it and stopped eating. I would've rated this 5 stars but the glitches made it 4 stars I hope you get to read this and fix the bugs

In my opinion I fell that the doctor's office should be open because if the characters fall and get hurt then where would they go. You should also open the dance studio or post office for them to ship mail and dance or have something else to do. I also think that you should open the elementary school for the kids to learn if you do so then thank you but you do not that is ok. You should also make some of the my city games free. Please read and these are for separate my town games this was ment for other my town games not my town discovery so please do something about it and hurry. I am getting tired of playing the same my town games over and over again. Thank you reading. If possible make the hospital or school free. I would also like too add that now that COVID-19 has happened you really should make the hospital free I mean like where are they supposed to be tested and also what if they get really sick . Super super fun game totally kid friendly me and my whole fam play it my lil sister me and even our mom but still QUESTIONS what is happening over by the garden store it’s like a construction place I’m very curious what it is and when will it be built and my lil sis has done this multiple times where she has wanted a character and it’s a club character and of course we don’t have club it’s very sad to see her cry cause we don’t buy stuff on the internet so it would be nice if there was no club and yes you guys probably won’t make as much money but the kids happiness should be enough. Still again many many many thank yous to the game maker great job please take my advice I may be young but kids have voices to❤️🙂😊.

There is so many things you can do on this game! And no I'm not a bot, imma fan!!! This game is like the best (for kids that like exploring and interacting!) one glitch is that the babies don't have many clothes because the clothes that are in the cupboard don't really work- so one request is to change the babies just like how you change the clothes of any other character! Also another request is so have a car or bus that the people can sit and ride in, so basically have a car which you can control with your finger and fit at least 5 people in, and drive them around the town all together (cuz it gets kind of annoying taking them all one by one to the streets, but overall 5/5!!! Love you!!!

Hello , so i am aware of bugs and fixes but ,. Something has been happening we’re i get the mail from the truck and i get a location but the next mourning it’s locked and i don’t get it anymore that’s first. Also if we will make a family there isnt enough beds for everyone or cribs second is when i watch an ad for dolls next mourning i have to watch them cuz they get taken ??? Then it says ad for 24 hours ?? And there is also a creepy glitch i think glitch idk but glitch were i take a subscribe doll and i set it down then i go to another room ( i haven’t payed yet ) and then i put the doll away and it goes back and starts smiling ...:/ then i put them asleep and there way and when i go to the room they look at me then close there eyes.

Honestly I loved the my town series when it was free but now, my town is just such a cash grab! I hope you read this and don’t download it. It’s such a waste of time and money. Like My Town Studios, what are you thinking!? 😭I hope they change the fact that it’s so expensive (money doesn’t grow on trees) but, realistically, it will never happen..
App Store if you’re reading this please just remove this game or make it 💯 percent free. MyTown is trash, if your a free player like me that is. But if you’re the queen of England and can afford 50+ dollars a year then good for you! You can play the game!
There’s still a bunch of ads though you have to watch with membership in order to unlock everything. In conclusion, don’t download this game it’s a waste of time.

I love my town so much ! I really wanted to thank the developers for the frequent updates with some pretty cool new stuff. Like this update I am so happy the doctors office is open because I would always hope for the doctors office in the scratch ticket mail. By the way the cover with the teen girl and boy ( who I named Ethan and Ellie) wearing masks is really cool too! The cover encourages people to wear masks and take caution and that’s pretty cool. So yeah thanks!

The only thing is that when every time I try to get the people dressed it kicks me out of the game. If you could really fix this I would be so happy because I enjoy dressing the people up. Thank you so much for this wonderful, fun game!

First of all I only can use some of the stores and most of them aren’t good I didn’t know what mail was I thought it was junk ( at first) then I figured out that I can get stores, schools, doctors office, and more it’s a called the daily scratch but the problem is you have to play my town discovery so much until you can get mail and I only unlock it for a few hours another one of the problems is I don’t have many hairstyles, outfits, or characters but overall a good game. I have been playing my town for years and they’ve always been really good so if your wondering should I download this or not? My answer is it’s worth a shot.

This is a terrible game

The first thing I wanna say is I like your other games the don’t mess up as much as this one. I was soooo exited to get MyTown but when I got it I realized to even have fun with the game you have to pay fifty bucks a year! And when you do get a location from this “daily scratch” you only have the location for about three hours. My second thing is that when I got the game I was exited that some things you could watch am ad for but almost every time I watch the ad it plays the ad and then it gives me the outfit but once I go inside a building or come out it takes the outfit away and then when I try to watch the ad the option to watch an ad is gray and it won’t let me press it. Yet the option to get the subscription is still there. This happens with characters also. I would not recommend this to ANYONE

First of all when I got MyTown when I was probably 8 or 7 I said yay it’s free but when I opened up the doors to the places I saw that they were all locked except for a few doors and then I scratched this virtual paper called: “the daily scratch” and I only got a new place for three hours and then I opened up the locked doors and a voice on my iPad said: ask your parents to unlock more fun with my town and I was like “no is this just a trick to be mean and not give other 9 - year olds more fun and I really want the mall somebody read this right now and fix the glitches and stuff- dahlia dolls

OK, I was excited about this. I pre-ordered it. I’m a huge took a Toca boca fan. I thought it would kind of be maybe like that. I could just take my other games and add it on to MyTown. But you have a stupid subscription. That’s why I don’t play Dr. panda world anymore. They have a subscription that I think it’s just crazy. I wish that you would take off your subscription. That way I can not have to spend $50 or hundred dollars every single year just for one stupid game. Because there’s like a few buildings I cannot get for some clothes I cannot get like I mean I love the idea but I get that you wanna make money and you so yo I mean I love the idea but I get that you want to make money So you can continue making these apps that they should not have a subscription to be a one one so you can continue making these apps but they should not have a subscription which would not be a one time payment. So I love all the this app games I’m a 10 year old I like how you added new people and added new locations but can you please make all the places and characters and stuff for everyone!!? I just don’t think it’s fair you have to pay for stuff and another thing that scratch thing for locations can you make them last longer than 24 hours please and I’m just saying but can you lower down the amount of ads and this game is spot on BYE BYE!!!!😜

Look, I LOVE this game! But, about 3 months after downloading this game, with barely any locations that were free, I got bored. I did not like u had to unlock locations with the Daily Scratch. I think they ALL should be free AFTER unlocking hem from the Daily Scratch. Also today when I unlocked he Pet Shop, it didn’t save the pets I put in the characters hands nor what they wore before entering. I also think whatever character enters a location should enter with the same outfit as before entering and should exit with whatever is in their hands. Hope this works for u!

Wow. So I really want to play the game and it seems alright except for one thing. Every time I fill up the heart bar and get my prize, the game glitches out and everything freezes. Then I have to exit out of the game and go back in and start all over again with the quick tutorial. Even when I make an effort not to collect hearts, the bar still randomly fills up sometimes and it’s very frustrating. If the developers could please read and consider taking a look at the problem it would be appreciated.

Here’s my honest opinion the game has so many glitches and I really hate zooming in when I go anywhere on MyTown that’s outside and the price is outrageous I don’t see why expect someone to pay 50 dollars when the game has so many problems hardly any housing for like so many characters and it’s annoying so if you want to charge 50 bucks you should make the game high tech with lots more to do and I’m sorta upset that you guys don’t ever update my town I own all the apps and now there’s no new games on there so I’m just completely mad with lots of your guys decisions thank you and my town now won’t connect to all the places😒😒

I like the game, it’s fun. But it has so many glitches I have not gotten to play because I can’t move the characters. And when I chose a thing it just stays like that so I have to leave it for a few hours and then when I come back it is still not working. Sometimes when I put the girl down at the piano I can’t get her up and when I turn off the iPad or play another game it still does that. Also, the characters start swarming around in circles on the bar of characters so it makes it harder to pick up the characters.

So it’s fun and my town original house was r whatever is fun, but my problem is the objects are all fuzzy! Like you can’t see them very well and some things are clear, it drives me insane. Also, in the game the original family has the mom, dad, older brother, older sister, younger brother, younger sister, baby girl, and baby boy. There is always a parents room, girls room, and boys room, and there is a crib in the parents room, but their is only one crib and two babies, so I always have to kick one of them out of the family. I much prefer to a boca.

MyTown is perfect for when I wanna use my imagination or play city. I really like it, however, I must say this.

Can you make all gifts non club? It’s really sad to see a cute gift, but have it have the “club” label. Also, how long does a building stay unlocked after the scratch and match thing? Thank you, and what a great app this is.

Amazing but can you Unlock all the stuff and make it non-club that would make it so much easier for me because I really like some of the stuff that’s club and when you make it club I mean that’s it’s hard for me to have more fun with the game when you make it club and stuff that I like and unlock all the buildings I love it I love it I love it but some of the buildings are really small I wish you’d extend and make it bigger that would be so much easier for me and I know the game

This game takes to much space, time to install, and is blurry. You can really only play with the main family if you don’t like to watch adds, also the whole game pretty much only costs money and has to much adds if you don’t like to spend money on games i wouldn’t recommend getting this game. Also this ‘’club’’ thing is nuts you need it for almost everything it’s insane. You can’t even change it to nighttime or have your people drive a car!!!!!!!!

I’m trying to get this game but it keeps on saying you don’t have enough space in your iPad so don’t get this game because it doesn’t like you but it’s a fun game because I have it on my other iPad but I just want it on my iPad set Hope it’s fun for you I’m stuck here sitting and deleting MyTown getting it again
