I downloaded BY WF a few weeks ago for work but the app doesn’t work. Every time I try to open it the blue screen pops up and then it crashes out. I have been trying to open the app for over a week and still nothing, I did all of the troubleshooting and still nothing.

Everytime I try to log in I get an error message saying the URL has been rejected. I been trying for 2 days and the app is still not working.

I haven't been able to log into blue workforce for the last 24 hours. I have tried ALL the troubleshooting ideas, even factory reset my phone to see it that was an issue and still no resolve. I need to be able to verify my schedule and pick up additional shifts coming up. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Today is 10/16/2022 the app has been working fine ever since I have installed it about 5 months ago. I even checked it late last night around 11:30PM and it worked. All of a sudden I try to check it today at 8:00AM and it will not load. The screen comes up and it’s just white and is trying to load then says could not connect server error. I have an IPhone. I have tried trouble shooting the server issues, blank screen and login issues for iPhone as well as restart phone, reset network settings and uninstalling and reinstalling the app abs I’ve made sure it’s the latest version and that the iPhone software is the latest version and nothing has fixed it.

bro this app been doing this loading thing all day and won’t let me even login to see my schedule at all and i’ve tried downloading it on another device and that didn’t work and on my phone i uninstalled and re-installed and still ain’t working. call this number if anyone knows how to help (614)-420-6685

Having same problem yonder blue force apps working unistaled the app redid the app still same problem can't see my work schedule where I work at the supervisors said use key work in small letters that is isn't doing it
