How to fix myPWS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the myPWS app on iPhone
Update myPWS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall myPWS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix myPWS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve myPWS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

myPWS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix myPWS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the myPWS App
1. On android, goto Settings » myPWS » click [Force Stop]

Update myPWS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear myPWS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » myPWS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart myPWS.

Fix myPWS unable to contact server/ myPWS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click myPWS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto myPWS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
