I did the update on firmware now I can not pan my camera to the right or move it up as I keep getting a message saying limit reached? What's the point of the camera now if I can no longer move it to pan across my property!

Hi, I have 2 Vicohome cameras. 1 of my camera went offline and I am unable to fix the problem. It only work when I plug it into socket in the house. I installed a new solar panel but still don't work. The WiFi for this camera is stronger than the one that works. It will go from offline to online when plugged into house socket. Also reinstalled the camera but still get same problem. Any suggestions? Sam

The cameras worked fine for a while and then quit live streaming. I've tried everything including removing the app and trying to reinstall. Now the app will not let me sign in! The cameras are useless unless someone fixes the app which simply loads and loads and times out! Please email instructions or possible alternate apps that can be used on these cameras. the site is asking for payment for cloud service and the camera is not working right due to this. The camera is only 2 months since being installed and it was to be 18 months of free cloud service it is a 2.4/5 ghz ptz security camera outdoor what can we do to resolve this problem. I'm trying to activate my 4 VICO security camera, I signed in, put my email, then VICO say 6 number security code was sent to my email. I waited, checked my trash, spam, and inbox. At one point VICO sent a 6 number code, but I guess it expired. Requested that another code be sent, it's been going 5 days no respond. What'sm going on? My Yakry HD 1080P full wireless camera has never worked. I bought it on Amazon and I constantly take it from outside to inside my house to recharge because the solar panel doesn't do the job. Should I get a larger solar panel and will Vicoo send it to me. very difficult to connect with this company. i am not sure but i believe this camera was made in China explaining why it is junk.Can anyone tell me about their experience and what they did to correct the situation. Hi, we are very happy with the security cameras but are about to return them because of the app. I thought I'd check to see if there's a setting that fixes our concern before returning. We had a break-in recently where the guy kicked down our door in 1 kick in the middle of the night. We were excited to get the security camera because it would've been so nice to know he was walking in front of our house before entering it. However, this app takes a full 10 seconds to alert us when motion is detected. The man would've been in our house by then. Is there a way to decrease the notification time, or is this being worked on? Thank you.

I own four Tuya Hawkray C1 Security Cameras that I have installed onto your Android VicoHome app. Today, the Motion Detection >>> Duration: 3 Minutes feature became grayed out and no longer works. It had been working up to now. The same problem is on all four cameras. I can set the time for 10, 15, or 20 seconds but not for 3 minutes. I recently updated the firmware to version 0.6.4(c25ce7). My SD cards are 117.7G. They have been working fine. What do you suggest?

I recently purchased four cameras. I tried to activate and install them yesterday. Two I was successful with while the other two keep showing off line. I tried to reactivate them but it will not recognize the cameras, nor let me scan the bar code. Also, when I click on the home button, nothing happens. I would like to have a telephone number so that I can speak with a live representative rather than exchange numerous texts. I've had the cameras for over a year with no issues. Today I can not livestream. It says "Livestream timeout". ItThey do however pick up motion detection and record. I tried reinstalling the App, turning cameras on and off and using the reset button. I also reinstalled the cameras with the same results. It does livestream for a few seconds once in a while but then the App shuts down.

I am having a problem with trying to set up the VicoHome app on my tablet. I already have it set up on my smartphone. How can I set the app for both my smartphone and my iPad? Also, it came with a solar panel to keep the camera charged. The camera seems to not work with the solar panel. The battery continuously run down while connected to the solar panel and I have to take the camera down to recharge the battery. Can this be resolved so that the solar panel will charge while the camera is on?

I bought 2 of the wireless cameras 4 months ago. Had a few hiccups while trying to figure out the app. Once I figured it out they work absolutely amazing! The motion detection can be a little touchy but I'd rather it record every movement than only a few. I see alot of people complaining about issues that can be resolved simply in the app. Learn how to use the app and they'll work as intended. Also need to make sure they are in range of wifi signal so they work properly. If need be buy a wifi repeater/booster like I had to do. I give 4.5 stars out of 5. This is not a review where i was given free cameras. I bought them with my own money!

I have a camera set it out looking directly at my stairs. The stairs are clearly in the camera view. However people come on my stairs and it does not record it. But it does give me false notifications when there’s absolutely nothing there. I tried to get customer support and they want to charge me tell me why this isn’t working correctly. We set up our camera today and it is working well, with the exception of one thing. I am not receiving a notification when someone comes to our door. I have thoroughly looked through the instructions booklet and through the app as well, and there is nothing mentioned about how to set that up. I have 2 cameras recently purchased. Normally the app home screen shows both cameras but it is showing only one. When I go to camera management it shows in power saving mode but when I try to go live it does not show me the screen. I purchased the vicohome wireless camera. Mosel CG1. I can't connect the camera after watching several videos. I think it's because of my wifi , which is 5g and it says its support 2g. Is there any other way to connect this camera to work.

Horrible app issues

App is horrible. It takes between 15-30 seconds to see live camera. When you are trying to see previous live videos it says connecting and takes long time. Notifications of motion movements are delayed. Seconds are crucial when it comes to detecting theft or criminal activities. I have a way smaller camera with different company and I don’t have any issues with the app. I would not recommend this product just based off the app issues.

Fake reviews!! Awful product!!

Please note that this company is giving free cameras in exchange for 5 stars reviews! Their camera and app are worthless. They do not record. They do not load when you are trying to view who is in front of your property. Works well only for the 2 weeks trial period. If you do not sign up for their monthly services your camera it’s worthless! Please stop posting fake reviews. People safety depends on deciding a reliable camera and app. PLEASE stop!!!

After firmware update, reset all settings every time !!!!

Too many firmware updates and even after so many updates, I don’t find any functions updated and just deleted all my settings and everything has been reset. CAN YOU PLEASE KEEP THE SETTINGS, NOT CHANGE ANYTHING WHILE A FIRMWARE UPDATES??? Or keep the siren off and make it optional to siren on? Siren became always on after firmware updates and I’m sick and tired of changing settings every time.
