The app just pulsates in the middle of the page

The 2nd 1st logo just pulses in gray when I try to open the app. The app will not open.

To resolve 2nd1st network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the 2nd1st App
1. On android, goto Settings » 2nd1st » click [Force Stop]

Clear 2nd1st App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 2nd1st » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 2nd1st.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 2nd1st » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 2nd1st » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 2nd1st
