Hi. I am trying to do a return and they were supposed to pick my pkg up today but no one ever came. I hate to leave it outside by my front door all night and I am so sorry I haven't gotten in touch with y'all earlier. My Internet has been down all day today and is still out. I just wanted to let you know that I do have the label printed and on the pkg. and it could have been a mix up because at first I said it could be picked up yesterday but had to change it till today cuz I had to get my daughter to print the label. So sorry for the mix up. I don't know when my Internet will be restored it is a huge outage in our area right now. I just wanted you guys to be aware of what is going on. Thanks so much.

Shopping here was great until I had a issue. Then I found out how bad the customer service is. When purchasing a shirt, the charge went through my credit card multiple times. I had proof by taking a picture of my credit card statement showing the charge posted 4 times. Since my credit card kept giving me an error I used my debit card. The amount went through twice and posted twice. They couldn’t do anything because they show it only went through once. I work in the customer service industry and realize things happen and it’s out of my control. I filed a dispute with the banks. After sending them proof it posted multiple times their idea of customer service is lets block her from the boutique and move on because we have other customers, with no notification. Great customer service right here! It doesn’t matter how much you spend here they don’t care about you. On the upside there are so many boutiques with free shipping and the same clothing.

Shopping here was great, until I needed an exchange. The jeans I ordered a size larger than regular at Alexa’s recommendation. So small I couldn’t get them on. Promptly sent back with all tags attached and $11 return shipping cost requesting a larger size. Nope! No refund or exchanges on items ending in .99 cents. What?! I paid $35 for these plus an additional $11 to return so $46 and tough luck you should have read our return policy prior to ordering? These were NEVER worn. I’ve been buying there for 2 years and didn’t know that “hook”. Plus I can see on the app they have the larger size in stock. I can have the small worthless jeans back if I pay the $5 shipping. So long BAR. I will do not recommend Alexa and Bobby after this greedy move.

First off I do want to say that the girls working the lives are great, zero issues with them & any questions I’ve had customer service has been very nice & answered the best they could. My issue is with the obscene amount of notifications that are sent on a daily basis. You get a notice when they’re live, great that’s exactly what I want. I don’t need a notification for EVERY outfit and item you’re about to display, ‘epic shirt, don’t miss it!’, 3 minutes later..’these Judy blues fire don’t miss them!’.. 4 minutes later ‘blah blah necklace is here!’. I’ve counted 19 notifications in a day and some days more. That’s not ok, you don’t bombard people with them. They don’t do just 1 text message EVER. I had to turn my ringer off on my phone bc of it. I sent through a complaint and they said they’d let them know but it’s the standard message I guess. I can’t be the only person complaining about it. It’s unfortunate I just turned off notifications and I’ll just shop whenever now instead of spending hundreds each live. Hate to miss out but I need my sanity more.
