How to fix GMTM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GMTM app on iPhone
Update GMTM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GMTM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GMTM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GMTM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix GMTM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GMTM app issues:

Force Stop the GMTM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GMTM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GMTM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GMTM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GMTM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GMTM.

Fix GMTM unable to contact server/ GMTM internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GMTM » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GMTM » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GMTM on android.
