Android app crashes just about every ride. Screen will freeze for a moment followed by the app closing. Restarting shows a prompt to resume which works but workout status is lost.

i down loaded the app on my windows computer and have it down loaded on my i phone. I went to ride now and the avatar comes up with my name but it does not move. also i could not get the free site i had to get the 14 day premium to open the app to ride. i closed out of the app and it i gone? i look in downloads and its not there. Frustrating.

How to fix Wahoo RGT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wahoo RGT app on iPhone
Update Wahoo RGT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wahoo RGT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wahoo RGT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wahoo RGT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wahoo RGT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wahoo RGT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wahoo RGT App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wahoo RGT » click [Force Stop]

Update Wahoo RGT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wahoo RGT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wahoo RGT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wahoo RGT.

Fix Wahoo RGT unable to contact server/ Wahoo RGT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wahoo RGT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wahoo RGT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wahoo RGT
