Cubes not connecting at all Old version worked just fine For the $$ this is not good

I did have a # symbol in my Wi Fi password, But changed it. The new was excpting in all other devices. But my itarget cubes I just got for my Birthday wont connect. My iphone showed connectind up to 99% and has been there for over an hour. Tryed it 3 times with the same result? Any suggestions?

Cannot get the iTarget Pro system to work consistently on my iPhone. The laser hits so far off target, I must aim two inches or more off the bull's eye to score a 10. Half the time, I cannot get the app to work at all. It fails to honor command taps to move to settings, to engage various options. All in all, at the moment I regret having bought the product.

Can not get any sound no matter what I dog

Android - App tracks and records shots fine, but no sound. Volume settings on phone are unmuted and sound settings have been confirmed within app itself (bullet sound and voice).

I can see the lazer on the target after firing, but no sound, no "bullet hole" to be able to track accuracy
