Hello there, I'd like to get support in regards of a peculiar problem with the Lego Technic controler app in my father's phone. My father owns the volvo A60H set from the technic series. He has built it, and used the app in his android A13 device to drive the vehicle. Some time has passed, my father has dissasembled and assembled it, and decided to drive the vehicle again. Strangely enough, the app couldn't load the vehicle screen - after clicking the 'drive' button in the application there's a loading screen, ending in trasition to the vechile control screen. When we tried to load the A60H vehicle, the loading screen was alwyas filled up, but not proceeding to the next screen. When we tried it with other vehicles (which we don't own the sets for) it did work and there was a transition to the vehicle control screen. when I tried the application in my own phone device I was able to transition to the A60H vechile control screen, and I was able to drive the vehicle via my device. We updated my father's android system, uninstalled the app and installed back several(!) times, even just plainly restarting the phone. None of these methods worked. This whole testing brings me to the conclusion that the problem is specific to the usage of the A60H in specificly my father's device.I'd dare to estimate the problem as for the existence of hidden files in his phone which are associated with the A60H of the controller application. I can't think of a solution for this problem, and we'd really appreciate if you could help us find a solution, considering it may not be a trivial one. My father is a fan of the Lego company, owning several other sets of other vehicle and other types. Replacing his device is out of the question for us by now, and we trust Lego which is known to be with high quality standard to guide us in this case. Thanks in advance! Dvir.
