Summary of LEGO Problems 🔥

-Mario is stuck in a Bluetooth phase

-The light at the bottom flashes for a second but doesn’t stay on

-Mario always has the flashing Bluetooth logo on his chest when I turn him on

-The app is now laggy and glitchy

-Cannot see digital collection anymore

Hello please help! Purchased a new Luigi on the starter course- initially worked but now only displaying a green screen? Makes some noises but mainly a green screen. Tried factory and app reset but no luck. Thank you all!

App still not working. Sitting on updating progress button. Star game goes to black screen. Keeps making ,Ed repeat log on steps and parent approval! This is a waste! Then you charged me $.50 to “verify” I’m an adult, after asking for my social security number (outrageous) AND it still doesn’t work! The fact that you don’t provide an instruction book and force people to download and use an app that have NEVER WORKED correctly for us! This is our 4th Lego Mario set and the hassle isn’t worth it!
