Spring Health Reviews

Happy to see Im not the only one having difficulty with both SpringHealth and the website version of Spring Health. I am new to SpringHealth , as my company just changed healthcare providers. I have not yet had my first session or my care call, so in regard to the quality of care their provides give I have no opinions yet. I remain hopeful as the negative reviews I’ve seen have only to do with the incompetence of SpringHealth . I find myself constantly waiting for things to load, if I select an option it often doesn’t do anything, I have attempted to complete my pre-session intake form several times and none of my information saves. Very frustrating to have so many obstacles to receiving mental health support.

Just signing up with your corporate email is going to cause more mental stress

Really buggy and poor app that creates unnecessary friction when you’re trying to get help.

Doesn’t load, just stays on the main picture nonstop, tried several times

Can’t log in to, or stay logged in to, SpringHealth . Password that works on web is rejected in app. This is will probably lead to folks taking negatively impactful action, and is absolutely disgraceful in anything g that claims to be a mental health app.

I downloaded SpringHealth and tried to use it. Upon launch, it prompted to accept the updated privacy policy. After I tap accept, it says “graphQL errors: UpdateMemberPrivacyPolicyAgreedAtInput isn’t a defined input type ….”

What’s going on?

Logging in is a nightmare many times it shuts down or stops working for no reason. Deleted app and reinstalled- hoping that fixes it.

Password entry does not allow symbols. How am I supposed to log in?

Also, the assessments have a very negative feel to them, for instance they ask you how you’re feeling today and the only options available are negative and depressing. Maybe if the developers spent some time adding some positive elements then the experience won’t feel so awful.

I tried using the features but nothing came up I had to go to the actual website instead.

I just downloaded SpringHealth and none of the features work. I can schedule anything, can’t see any details. What a waste!? Website isn’t the best either. #annoyed

Spring Health has good therapists and MDs, I had no problem with their staff or the support provided.

Most US health plans are required to cover mental health services, find a therapist and/or phychaitrist outside of this system and develop a relationship with them. You can change your jobs and keep the relationhip, instead of throwing away all that work and starting over with a new mental health professional.

i love the format app of SpringHealth but it can be buggy sometimes like when i click to book with a provider it takes foreverrr to load but w/out that issue it would be a 5/5

I use SpringHealth everyday, helps me relax, focus and stay grounded. Would 100% recommend!

really cool. most apps usually just have the same breathing exercise but this one has real content that you can learn from

This is a terrible service. Therapists don't want to join it because it has too many restrictions and doesn't pay enough. My employer recently switched to them and basically now I have to pay out of pocket to see the therapist I have been seeing for over 3 years because she says its a terrible deal to join them.
