Disappointed/ App need ALOT of work

Happy to see Im not the only one having difficulty with both the app and the website version of Spring Health. I am new to the app, as my company just changed healthcare providers. I have not yet had my first session or my care call, so in regard to the quality of care their provides give I have no opinions yet. I remain hopeful as the negative reviews I’ve seen have only to do with the incompetence of the app. I find myself constantly waiting for things to load, if I select an option it often doesn’t do anything, I have attempted to complete my pre-session intake form several times and none of my information saves. Very frustrating to have so many obstacles to receiving mental health support.

Password entry does not allow symbols. How am I supposed to log in?
Also, the assessments have a very negative feel to them, for instance they ask you how you’re feeling today and the only options available are negative and depressing. Maybe if the developers spent some time adding some positive elements then the experience won’t feel so awful.
Privacy policy accept fails - can’t use the iOS app

I downloaded the app and tried to use it. Upon launch, it prompted to accept the updated privacy policy. After I tap accept, it says “graphQL errors: UpdateMemberPrivacyPolicyAgreedAtInput isn’t a defined input type ….”
