How to fix Guac app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Guac app on iPhone
Update Guac app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Guac iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Guac on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Guac network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Guac Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Guac not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Guac App
1. On android, goto Settings » Guac » click [Force Stop]

Update Guac to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Guac App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Guac » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Guac.

Fix Guac unable to contact server/ Guac internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Guac » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Guac » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Guac
