Not going to rate this down as it could be me but it’s a copy and paste process that I have tried 8 times now. Continues to tell me there is something wrong with the secret key. But again..I hit the copy button then the paste button. Not rocket science, but it keeps giving me an error. I have subscribed so would like to get this working. Generated new secret and key multiple times.

GoodCrypto is very good and has many features not found elsewhere, but there is a learning curve to understand how everything is laid out. Once you get used to it, it’s fairly easy to navigate.

The only issue I’ve experienced, which has been very problematic, is that the portfolio page that lists out all your positions by asset frequently fails to update (or takes hours some times). When this happens the application won’t it let you place trade orders on positions it does not recognize in your portfolio (even though they’re reflected on the Coinbase Pro site/app). Therefore, all the functionality of GoodCrypto becomes useless when you can place orders. Seems like a major glitch in GoodCrypto . If it weren’t for that issue GoodCrypto would earn 5 stars.

I just had a sale go through with GoodCrypto to Bittrex, and it went through at TWENTY DOLLARS over the spot price displayed in GoodCrypto for .5 BTC. I’ve seen slippage before, but not $20 worth. And the price displayed in GoodCrypto stayed much lower than I paid for a long time afterwards. I don’t know if GoodCrypto is charging a fee, or if the API is messed up, or what’s going on that I got charged so much more than the exchange’s current rate, but there is no way I will put another order through this. If a price as advertised, I expect to pay reasonably close to it, with no more slippage than the spread I see on the exchange as I have it open in my web browser at the time the sale goes through- not a rate $15-$20 more than anybody is paying on the exchange right now. I guess they just got their money out of me for this “free“ app.

Apparently when I first did my trial session I was signed into Good Crypto with another email address that I have no clue which it would be. I come back a few months later to purchase the subscription using an account I am signed into through my Facebook. I get an error message, but charged for the subscription yet it did not attach to my new account. I contacted customer service and this is the response I received when trying to remedy this situation.

Your subscription is attached to a this app account you’ve been signed in with (to GooodCrypto) when you started your free trial initially.
To use your subscription you’ll have to figure out which one it was.

Apparently, it’s none of those three)

You would think they would be able to either
1. Tell me which account my subscription was attached to or
2. Transfer the subscription to the account I used to purchase it from GoodCrypto Store.

Yet is was charged for the subscription and haven’t been able to use it at all. Buyer beware.

Many exchanges do not have advanced features such as trailing stop losses, take profits, trailing take profits and GoodCrypto gives you that for many exchanges. Wish there was a desktop version available and would be perfect but this is a must if you cant sit at your computer all day.

This is a nice app, simple and easy to use. The portfolio analysis tab does need some tweaking and has a lot of room for improvement. There should be an option to include/exclude deposits and withdrawals in the performance analysis (%gain/loss)

Very useful when on the road. It’s a multi exchange trading platform that continues to add useful new features on a regular basis. Support response is fantastic! Fast interface that really works. I’d love to see a desktop version. Great job!

Love GoodCrypto . I was able to combine all my exchange accounts and now i can see everything in 1 dashboard. You can even trade directly from GoodCrypto !!!! Amazing!

Love the product.

Great service and a great price!! I use trailing stops & take profits all the time making thousands! And it is simple enough for beginner to intermediate traders! Not the fastest updates in the world, but I’m buying for medium term so for me it’s perfect!

I give my full star to you guys because I can't ask for more but hoping this company continue with the good work.
There is not much comfort as using a trail function to keep track of your order as this is definitely a good way to lock my profit and manage risk in the flow, I love it.
This is one feature my native Exchanger wouldn't offer

Finally what I’ve been looking for. This is the best I’ve seen or used yet that does not lead back the China. Love this guys, I’m a fan and will be keeping an eye out for what’s next. Great tools so far, I am alway Super skeptical but I’m about 90% all in on this one.

GoodCrypto is easy to use.

For users who have more experience and want more analytical tools and trading options you will not be disappointed.

This is a great tool.

The only constraint is my phones screen size!

After entering the API info from Coinbase Pro, it continues to have authentication errors. I emailed the apps support six hours ago and have yet to receive a response.

GoodCrypto only missing one thing is the ability to link multiple accounts on the same exchange ... is there any plans for that ?

Big ideas behind GoodCrypto. The UI is incredibly janky for some reason. It’s like they used some random outdated android web library or something. Swipe motions tend to get stuck in weird ways. Hope some work goes into improving this!
