I just had a sale go through with this app to Bittrex, and it went through at TWENTY DOLLARS over the spot price displayed in the app for .5 BTC. I’ve seen slippage before, but not $20 worth. And the price displayed in the app stayed much lower than I paid for a long time afterwards. I don’t know if this app is charging a fee, or if the API is messed up, or what’s going on that I got charged so much more than the exchange’s current rate, but there is no way I will put another order through this. If a price as advertised, I expect to pay reasonably close to it, with no more slippage than the spread I see on the exchange as I have it open in my web browser at the time the sale goes through- not a rate $15-$20 more than anybody is paying on the exchange right now. I guess they just got their money out of me for this “free“ app.

Apparently when I first did my trial session I was signed into Good Crypto with another email address that I have no clue which it would be. I come back a few months later to purchase the subscription using an account I am signed into through my Facebook. I get an error message, but charged for the subscription yet it did not attach to my new account. I contacted customer service and this is the response I received when trying to remedy this situation.
(None of the 3 accounts you mentioned has a subscription attached to it.
Your subscription is attached to a GoodCrypto account you’ve been signed in with (to GooodCrypto) when you started your free trial initially.
To use your subscription you’ll have to figure out which one it was.
Apparently, it’s none of those three)
You would think they would be able to either
1. Tell me which account my subscription was attached to or
2. Transfer the subscription to the account I used to purchase it from the App Store.
Yet is was charged for the subscription and haven’t been able to use it at all. Buyer beware.

After entering the API info from Coinbase Pro, it continues to have authentication errors. I emailed the apps support six hours ago and have yet to receive a response.
