Second Phone Number 2nd Line Reviews

I purchased a three month plan, but could not use the phone number. When I purchased a plan, I was not even given a phone number. I had to contact Support and wait almost a week to get a phone number. When I tried to use the phone number to make inbound and outbound, text messages and phone calls. I was not able to do so. I then began getting an unknown error message to which I screenshot it and sent to the support team and received no response back. Since then my subscription has expired and I lost 400 credits. Stay away from SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine. It is horrible. You will lose your money.

i cancelled my free trial (which was stupid anyways because it never even gave me a phone number and never worked in the first place) and they still trying to charge me $7.99! beware! they'll steal from you and scam you with an app that's trash and don't even work. if you don't wanna lose $8 and give it away for free, don't sign up!

I signed up and purchased a week plan to try it. Some sort of error occurred and I never got a number. There was no option to get my number after that (without buying a second one) and SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine was completely unusable without a number. An error when I tried to contact support through SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine and I contacted through their site and still no reply. Really disappointed that I paid money and can’t even use this.

I bought credits from SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine in order to be able to speak to my friend internationally without getting a SIM card and being in the us and my calls from them never go through. When I look back at SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine I always have missed calls that I never get notified and I sent an email out to the support email on SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine and they never responded back to me.

I have yet gotten a message to send or a call to go out . I have used several other apps like this and they are steps above SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine. SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine does not work It does not give clear-cut directions on how to sync your iPhone contacts it’s just not very well put together app and I want a refund.

Text feature doesn't work because the destination phone number is within US and Call notifiations don't work either. The 1 star review is because the support email is of no use. Sent multiple emails for help but no one cares. I would rather pay $10 and get better app.

SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine offers purchases for a week or a month etc. however it says “for 200 credits”. But there’s nowhere in SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine that says what a credit is for and if you need to buy more etc.

So they try to sell you something but don’t explain what you’re buying.

SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine is the best app I have never seen before I love it they give me second number

I really like SecondPhoneNumber2ndLine. I think it's a good tool especially for teachers to give to parents or other professionals who may have clients.
