I clicked the logout button at 4 am and now the app is stuck with spinning dots and womt reset. Ive closed the app and reset my phone and i have full service, 5g. Now i cant log back in somce its stuck logging out

How to fix NM E-Tag app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NM E-Tag app on iPhone
Update NM E-Tag app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NM E-Tag iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NM E-Tag on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NM E-Tag network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NM E-Tag Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NM E-Tag not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NM E-Tag App
1. On android, goto Settings » NM E-Tag » click [Force Stop]

Update NM E-Tag to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NM E-Tag App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NM E-Tag » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NM E-Tag.

Fix NM E-Tag unable to contact server/ NM E-Tag internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NM E-Tag » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NM E-Tag » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NM E-Tag
