Having issues accessing my Turkey tags. When I login it says no “internet connection, you do not have service”. I have internet with full bars, not sure why this is happening. I have uninstalled NMETag and reinstalled with the same message popping up.
It doesn’t show up as installed anymore. I can’t reinstall because NMETag Store still thinks it’s installed.
This all started when none of the tags I bought were showing up, so I thought I’d log out and reinstall. NMETag is garbage.
Can’t even log in. Using the same credentials from the website didn’t work (as NMETag said it should), and the link for help accessing NMETag just takes you to your account page on the website. Like I said, useless.
I’ve tried for weeks to access my account on NMETag but as soon as I press “View Licenses” it closes NMETag . Weeks and weeks. This is ignorant. What do I do if I draw something and can’t access e-tags?
NMETag is trash. I’ve never been able to view tags and when I deleted to reinstall it says no internet connection.
Not able to pull up license, app just closes and goes to Home Screen. Need resolution ASAP, can’t be response if application doesn’t work NGF please help.
Cannot use out of cell service
It would not load my new tags for 2022 so I deleted the e-tag app and reinstalled and login again and everything was fixed
