Hello, I have a VIP subscription under the username JuliaGG. I logged out on my desktop, and when I tried to log back in, I was shown a generic username and no VIP access. My phone number is correct, and I have the app on my phone. I changed my password on the phone app and tried to log in again with the same results, so I don't know what happened to my account. I subscribed on 8th March 2025 to IQIYI and now when I am trying to login it says that you do not have any active subscription. My account details are still visible on IQIYI website. I am trying to remove my credit card details but it is not allowing me to remove them. I request you to kindly remove my credit card details from my IQIYI account before the payment gets released for the next month. This is really disappointing. Having problems with with the channel so it does is buffer all the time I've done everything else I have no problems with any of my other apps iQIYI is the only app I'm having problems I have complained about this quite a few times with it costs me $90 a year please fix it when I can get the channel that's great

So many problems with the iQIYI app! It is not working on my roku device anymore and I have paid the vip membership but it says I’m not a member still! I’ve read a few customers complaint and they are similar to mine except or the roku device,i have even tried to reach out on via tiktok of my issues but no one replied so I’m guessing they either don’t care and want this scam people or they don’t care about customer service because they are getting a ton of money from people just because they want to watch Asian dramas,I think it’s wrong to do this to customers! I’m angry with how they handle customer service! Pls be ethical and dignity for customers and the company itself other wise no one will want to use your iQIYI app anymore as there is viki app that has almost everything the iQIYI app has and they have better service than this company! A lot of people will transfer to viki which is a way for iQIYI to lose a lot of money and customers.they better fix their customer service and hire people with English knowledge as well because alot of foreigners use this app to watch Asian drama and I don’t think they should take advantage of customers too! I would have given this app a 4.5 a month ago, now it’s only 1. Why? I pay for VIP membership (now it’s used to pay). The shows were good, captions well done, and until a couple weeks ago, there were no ads in my no-ad-promised viewing. Then, they changed things.
Now they display advertisements on the home page, logos in the top left corner of the screen the ENTIRE time you’re viewing, and on the loading page. If they had raised rates, I would have been willing to pay more per month to not have ads in my face the ENTIRE time I’m using their app.
Now, iQIYI has lost a customer. They can’t pay me enough to stay for the current situation. Before you ask, I did contact customer service and asked about the ads, providing screenshots of them. The response was that I pay not to have commercials in the middle of viewing shows. That’s not what the promise was; they state no ads on their VIP membership benefits list.

After the updates and in general you play more and more and more ads! It is awful that you add more ads even doubling them now, though they are the same McDonald’s ones every time. You also no longer remember where I was last watching as you used to, and now play 2 ads every single time I have to leave the app for any reason, all of which ruin the viewing experience. If you want people to upgrade don’t make the experience horrible for free watchers who are checking out and forming opinions of your app. I hated the experience of watching on your app and would try to avoid as much as possible in the future. I am glad you offered backstreet rookie though.

Though I had paid for VIP benefits, the app suddenly said I did not have VIP privileges. So I tried to recover my VIP privileges through their Recovery Process multiple times and also contacted their tech support. After 8 emails, sending screenshots of my Apple payment per their request 3 separate times, they finally recovered my VIP rights.
I requested a prorated refund or credit for the 5 days I didn’t have access and they didn’t give it to me. The app is flawed in that a live person has to reinstate your access instead of it being automatic after completing the recovery process. I have other apps where occasionally this happens, like after an app update, but once I click Recover, my access is reinstated.
