Cannot transfer to others
I have used the app successfully for a long time and in June of this year I was unable to access any recipients to whom I normally transfer funds - it says I have no recipients and when I try to add someone it doesn’t allow me to - I have called the Scotia online banking number on numerous occasions to be told it will be escalated and problem is still not resolved and I don’t even get a call or email back to help - very frustrating to say the least - I feel like just banking with another bank at this point…

Good but needs some serious dev work
Whenever the app prompts a user to update it, it provides a link which I would expect to bring me to the app within the Apple appstore. Nope. It instead sends the user to a random website. Additionally, if you locate the app manually in the AppStore it does not indicate it needs to update. It simply says ‘open’. You select open and it only go back to saying it needs to update and give you a bad link to select. You have to uninstall the entire app n re-install it for it to actually work.

App and Website needs FIXING
I’ve been trying to update my employment info on the app and I’ve been getting an error from yesterday until now. Please fix this I’m addition to this, something is wrong with the website. I’ve been trying to sign in and it’s saying that the info is incorrect when it isn’t. I’m frustrated!!!! When I do get through it doesn’t take me pass the login page; I’m getting an error Please fix the website. I’m tired of this
