Joined their military/veterans discount program by sending in several sensitive documents…DD214, Veterans ID card (front and back), Veterans stamped State drivers license…I followed their directions EXPLICITLY! Waited for confirmation email/approval before making my 1st purchase…clearly saw the discounted pricing at checkout. Then BAM! No discount at checkout! Total bait and switch. Sent them several emails with photos & screenshots & time stamps…nothing! No biggie…savings was about $8. TBH, it’s more disappointing that they advertise this program with the U.S. flag in the background.

I recently purchased from JM Bullion for the first time because of the 10oz @ spot promotion. I received the buffalo rounds quick,however, the coins looked like they had been previously owned. Some of the coins had gashes out of the face and others had a black smudge that I assume was tarnish. I called customer service and the lady was nice and offered to exchange the product. I opted to keep the coins due to value not being affected, but wanted to let quality team know what was being sent out. I let her know I would be purchasing in the future and hope quality improves. She offered me a $5 coupon for my next purchase. Kudos to the service team for trying to make it right.

So let’s say I’m looking at in stock silver, I choose to sort by price. I find something I like on the 3rd page so I tap it to look at it. When I try to go back to the 3rd page to continue shopping it resets and brings me back to page one and resets my sorting option as well. When you get to the 14th page, looking at all kinds of coins you can see how annoying and frustrating it can be. Please fix this nonsense.
