First of all, if you never heard of Mailbutler then you need to crawl out from under the rock and start making your email more productive.

There are so many things I could say about the plug-in that would take paragraphs to write. I will try to instead explain it as simply as I can: Mailbutler takes boring Apple Mail and turbochargers it into a productivity super center where your email experience becomes streamlined thanks to its Swiss army knife of tools that assist you in keeping on top of your mail clutter.

I have been using Mailbutler for several years now and was elated to find it's now available for iOS. Now, when on the road, I can use Mailbutlermobile to see who has opened my mail. It's one of the just many perks I have already enjoyed on my desktop client.

What I am very optimistic about is where Mailbutler goes next with their iOS integration. I have spoken to their team and they seem to be very ambitious about bringing many more of their desktop features to the mobile format. This is very exciting and the reason I will continue to support this company in all their future endeavors.

I couldn’t imagine my life without Mailbutler anymore! Being able to pre-program emails to be sent at specific times has saved me from always having to be on call to send reminders to my boss. I can set and forget — and my computer doesn’t even need to be on. Another things I love is that Mailbutler tells me when emails I sent have been opened and even if the recipients have clicked on the links or opened the attachments. My third favorite thing is that I can stop the sending process within a set amount of time I configured, for those times you hit send and realize you forgot a detail or need to delete something. Awesome app!!!

Email has long been a nightmare for me. I struggle to keep my inbox unread numbers low and I never seemed to have enough hours in the day. And then there is the anxiety of not knowing whether my email was read. Or the countless times I forgot to attach the attachment. Don’t even get me started on the time I wasted writing nearly identical emails again and again because Apple didn’t include a templates function like other email programs. In fact, I was a click away from dumping Apple Mail altogether.

And then my friend mentioned Mailbutler. Mailbutlermobile has literally solved all of my complaints about my emailing nightmare. Now if only they could fix Safari 😆

It seems like an incredibly challenge to find a great third-party email app if you’re an Apple user. I’ve used so many different ones but was so excited to find MailButler because it allows me to use powerful features with all the benefits that come along from using Apple’s Mail app on my desktop! I think it’s great there’s now an iOS app that allows you to see tasks you’ve created, clicks and opens of messages you’ve sent via desktop and notes you’ve made in Mail on desktop. I’m looking forward to see how this continues to develop!

I’ve been using Mail Butler for several years and am pleased by their ongoing updates, enhancements and improvements. I especially like the saved template emails and “send later” scheduling. It can take some time to get things set up but their customer service and knowlegebase are very helpful to clarify any confusion. I just downloaded the phone app and will be eager to see enhancements for mobile email and task management. If you prefer Mac Mail, invest in MailButler to make your life easier and correspondence more efficient and professional. 👏🏼🔥💪🏼

Longtime user, first time reviewer. Was thrilled when Mailbutler made the jump to mobile. The scheduling, tracking and other features are extremely helpful - and intuitive to use.

I’m giving this 5 stars because Mailbutler has an amazing track record of making email smarter. Read receipts for email is a game changer, and they obviously listen to feedback because everyone has been asking for a mobile app. The one feature missing is that I don’t believe at this point you can send that receipted email via a mobile device yet. However I understand this is probably more on , as there’s no way to have a mail plugin for  Mail on iOS. Hope to see it soon!

Woot, I am super excited to see that MailButler finally has a mobile app! I have used the desktop version for the OSX mail app for a little over a year, as well as the chrome extension for gmail for a couple of months, and I absolutely love how well they've manage to add functionality while integrating almost seemlessly. I can't wait to see the direction the dev team goes with the mobile app, but so far it extends the functionality of the main client very well. Keep up the great work guys!

I use Mailbutler even for non-business related emails to track receipt/reply/tasks/etc and it’s been great for not having to check my inbox constantly to see if I’ve gotten a reply — if there’s no notification that it’s been opened, I don’t need to waste time looking for a response. It also helps in figuring out who is lying when they say “oh sorry, I’m just now seeing that email...” 😂

I recently started using mailbutler, as it was recommended by a friend, to keep track of the status of my emails. I can now stop wondering if my email was opened or not AND mailbutler keeps me accountable with its “Follow Up” feature which reminds me to reply. Mailbutler is an amazing application I have already been using for quite some time on my Mac. I was even more excited when they announced the mobile app, as I do a lot of work on the go or while traveling. The set up is easy, and the functionality: email templates, link tracking, scheduling emails or undoing a send. It’s great! Also enjoy the feature where it warns you about not attaching to an email when you mentioned anything of an attachment. Easy recommendation!

Quite simply, Mailbutlermobile delivers! Mailbutler increases the functionality of Apple Mail by providing tracking and send later which are sorely lacking in Apple Mail. More importantly, Mailbutlermobile works and I’ve never encountered any issues with it. To be fair, for the price it would be nice if it could integrate with other Apple software such as iCal or Reminders. Nevertheless, I have been fully satisfied with Mailbutler and highly recommended!

I’ve been using MailButler on my Mac forever. I can’t remember my life without it. The best feature, in my opinion, is the signature. It’s amazing! Oh, and the read receipt is great too. If you haven’t used this in your workflow, try it! You’ll never regret it. Of course, this only applies if you are a current user of the Mail app. If you’re on the third-party Mail apps, you’re missing out 😛.

This is a fantastic tool that quickly becomes indispensable in your daily routine. It changes the way you work and is a sales person’s or business owner’s dream. I’ve used other productivity tools in the past and have been impressed with functionality, but disappointed in support - especially on or around Apple updates. These folks are pros. Very professional and responsive. This is an investment you will not regret for a service you will not forget!

Mailbutler Professional is a super useful addition to my Apple Mail program. I especially love the email signature I’ve created, which looks so professional, as well as the Send Later and Undo Send features. Oh, and of course being able to see if recipients have opened and read my emails is the best! And having the IOS app means I can use the same wonderful features on my phone.

I run my own business and have tried multiple tools to stay organized and try to keep my email inbox from getting overwhelmed. Mailbutler is then first tool that gets it right! It’s so easy to use, the tracking and scheduling of emails is flawless, and the integration with Evernote and Wunderlist creates a seamless ecosystem for my notes and tasks keeping everything connected and in sync. I couldn’t get through my day without it!

Mailbutler is easy to use and with multi-email, multi-device capabilities, very easy to keep up with tracked emails. Looking forward to seeing the impact of the upcoming cutoff of essentials, but for now, very happy with the software. IOS extension is easy to install and use as well. Would like to see more campaign related features such multiple, automated emails but this is still a very useful platform for those in sales.

I started using Mailbutler two days ago and I’m loving it. I needed to send out a personalized form letter to about 120 conference attendees. Apple mail was tedious since stationary won’t allow you to make changes to the template. Creating each email was so labor intensive... then I found Mailbutler! To be able to create mail templates was a life saver! But better yet- many potential clients are in different time zones so the ability to schedule when I want the email to send is amazing!

I pride myself on using the most efficient tools for productivity and Mailbutler is a must have for me in order to manage emails. It is the go to add on for mac mail and gives it the features that make it the best email client. The ability to add reminders and notes to emails is unprecedented. The ability to track is amazing. The company is always developing new features. I cannot reckoned this enough and I have written a total of four app recommendations ever !

Mailbutler has been a great app on desktop for years. This experience is now on mobile devices! Although I am glad this is on the iPhone, I’m more excited for the native iPad version. Mailbutler customer service and products are great!

Been using this for several years. Been helpful to track when important emails have been read. I can then follow up with a call or handle the necessary business. The ability to snooze messages or another tine and date helps keep things from falling through the cracks. Signatures on emails is great, plus the ability to have multiple personas. Highly recommend.

With this update they released the send later feature and I couldn’t be happier! So many times I have been needing this feature for business and I don’t want to send my emails at 1am when I’m awake. It also helps me schedule reminders for my team while I am thinking about it, right from my mobile device!

Finally, I can view activity on my iPhone! Thanks guys! I’ve been using Mailbutler since the beginning of this year and I cannot imagine my business without it! Now to see activity on my phone is a huge win!!!! Can’t wait till you figure out a way to track email sent from a phone!!! Good job in getting this out!

I’ve been using MailButler for about a year & I couldn’t be happier. It’s basically all the perks of using a mail-sending-client (like MailChimp) but easier & individualized.

Scheduling. Open confirmation. Analytical overviews. PLUS tasks & notes. My day is better - and my workflow easier - because of MailButler!

I only use Mailbutlermobile for its “send later” feature (because email tracking in general is kind of creepy, IMO). I’m not sure if it is intentional, but I only see emails from a couple months ago, so I can only use “send later” with new messages. I can’t reply to a message and schedule my response to go out at a later time, which is a bummer.
